I came to Iron Palm Tattoo to get a tattoo done, I was a little scared, but after I talked to Pudge he made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I tell you he was very professional and fast. I like the idea of how he interacted with me throughout the whole process. We talked and before I knew it, he was through. He actually made me feel 👍👍👍 about my tattoo and the fact it was done in my native language made me feel like a queen. Thanks Pudge and I will definitely be coming back when I come back to the ATL. Chose did my granddaughter Zy'Keria tattoo and Pudge did my daughter Tae and my tattoo. They were amazing an awesome. I recommend Iron Palm Tattoo to anyone getting tattoos done. Not a good experience. The artist ignored my ideas and did his own thing, telling me my ideas wouldn't look good. I walked away from the deposit and the tattoo.

What a great experience. The guy at the front desk was friendly and helpful. New Jac, the guy that pierced my ears was awesome. He was professional, gentle and made me feel comfortable with the four piercings I received in my first visit at the shop. I’m totally going back in a few months to get more.

Honestly I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. The customer service is basically on the floor at this point I have no idea why this place has so many good review. I had wanted to get my nose pierced and I had taken a couple friends with me. I was only planning on taking one person with me to the room since I wanted to get my friends opinion about the location and also because they have experience with piercings. The Manager had told us that only the person getting a piercing was allowed inside which was fine. After they put the first marking I wanted to confirm where the location was because of traditional preferences as well so I went outside to show my friends. They had said it would be better if we could move it slightly to right and we couldn’t find the right piercer outside or the manager so my friend decided to come with me to the room to show what she meant to the piercer. The piercer then had a attitude and wouldn’t even wait for me to consult with my family member. Then he said that he wouldn’t change the location of where the piercing was no matter what. After that the manager came in and said my friends have to leave which they respectfully did since they shouldn’t have been their anyways. After they left the manager came into the room and told me that no matter what anyone else says they should trust the piercer since they are the professionals. Respectfully, A piercer should understand their client and respect their decisions. No doubt, they should give their knowledge and opinion but that doesn’t mean they should disregard other peoples traditions and opinions. How can someone that is doing something to my BODY tell me they won’t do it how I want? Overall worst experience of my life.
Also the piercer we got it done with was not on the website.

My experience was nothing less than exceptional. I was a walk-in for a tattoo of my son’s footprint. They were very helpful and tried everything they could think of to capture my son’s footprint the best possible way. The atmosphere is very welcoming and everyone is very nice and professional. I am thoroughly pleased with the end result of my tattoo. 10/10 I would definitely recommend.
