Looked up this business on the web said they open at 10 am. Got to the parking lot across the street and my husband paid for parking. I messaged them no response walked across the street to see on the door in small writing that they don’t open til 1pm. So someone needs to update the page

I got both of my ears pierced by New Jack. Never got a piercing before, he was super cool! Didnt rush anything had a really steady hand barely felt a thing! He apologized for the long wait and hooked my girl up with a piercing. He went above and beyond to make sure his customer was satisfied and that made a difference in my visit. Thanks again New Jack🤟🏽

Got a daith piercing with New Jac after reading several good reviews about him. He was funny and definitely helped settle my nerves. I really felt like he took all the time I needed to answer all my questions and discuss my concerns about jewelry, healing time, and cleaning. After a bad previous piercing experience in the past I was pretty nervous, but New Jac took great care of me! I would absolutely go back to him for future piercings. The pain was easily tolerable and he was done in a flash.
The place overall felt clean and the piercing room was very clean and quiet. Everyone seemed pretty happy and chill. Easy parking right across the road too!

Awful. We called and they said they do walk-ins.. got there at 9pm and didn’t love until 3am and ONLY ONE OF US got a small tattoo. The woman who did my tattoo was very sweet and so kind. Everyone else was very ignorant. Kept telling us “we will do it soon” and would go outside and smoke and hang out. Waited for legitimately 6 hours and only got one tattoo. Ridiculous. We would’ve left but they kept telling us “soon” so we stayed. end of story, we still haven’t gotten the other two tattoos. Awful. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone..

Very pleased with my tattoo I received from Charity today. She’s an amazing artist who listens to her clients wishes but also stays true to her craft, making every piece uniquely personal. Loved the conversations we had and the jams playing which all helped to distract me from the slight discomfort of the tattoo. Plus the shop is so clean. Will only come here from now on!

Jane did an amazing job on my thigh tattoo. Took her time and really did her thing. New jack did my septum and my nose piercing. He took his time and was very patient with me. I came all the way from Texas and will definitely be back again.

I was really anxious for my second hole, but New Jac really kept me level and talked me through it. He did it very quickly and I didn’t feel a thing. All the staff was awesome and the whole vibe of the place was great! I’ll definitely be coming back for my industrial later this year.
