The Poked Wednesday special is a great value. Be prepared for at least a 30 minute wait cause it’s quite popular. The staff was very efficient. Heather was very personable and gave me great after care instructions and advice on future piercings. Will definitely be back for more piercings.

I arrived at 9:00 pm since I saw they close at 9:30. First I was told “piercings are done for the night” so I explained how I didn’t need a piercing to be done I just needed to purchase a ring. Then the guy changed it up with “we’re done for the night”. He then proceeded to come out to smoke outside with someone else. Very unprofessional. Will never return here again. You have a bunch of signs on the door and is it is dark and raining it was hard to read them at the time. Maybe a simple change in your hours to closes at 9 would help misunderstanding for your future customers.

Loved the atmosphere of this studio! The ppl were very sweet. The place spotless and they had great guild lines to keep their customers safe during this pandemic! I'll definitely be booking another appointment soon

Please do not get a piercing here! Two close friends of mine got piercings here. One of them their piercings healed incorrectly and the other one got a severely bad infection from lack of gloves and clean equipment and almost had to get a part of their lobe removed because it was so bad.

Just awesome!! I came in on a Friday and they had their piercing deal which I went for and they had great customer service, care, prices, and we very professional. Would definitely recommend them to anyone! The woman who pierced my septum did a great job and she was so kind and quick!! Good job, y'all. Just such an awesome experience.

New to ATL i didn’t know how far they were, but my friend who was listening to the conversation said they are down the street, the girl on the phone had wonderful service and laugh and said if you don’t come down we close in an hour. So when we arrive we ring the bell no one answered, i called the phone number at 8:26pm a guy answered and said well we close in an hour can’t do piercings, with a nasty tone, i kindly said well your worker mentioned we can come. He just didn’t care . Welp they won’t get my service ! Don’t come here if you are looking for great customer service

The owner was SUPER rude. Everyone pulled up late for one of our appointments and refused to acknowledge the fact that he and his employees were late and instead said "it happens". We clearly the shop and our tattoo artist and no one answered their phones to tell us that they'd be running late. We were all excited to work with our artists, but the owner's customer service was horrible.

Walking in to a space fullfof beautiful art is a great start. I'd like to start out by saying this place has great reviews so don't give a bad review if you come in on a Tues when piercings are $10 and 2x2 tatts are $30 and expect to get in and out. This is Atlanta and everyone loves a deal. No matter how long the wait staff was positive and customer service oriented. Even when being asked a thousand times "How long til I'm up" by customers who aren't always pleasant.
Now to my personal piercer Zari. She is very experienced. She was pleasant and gentle when piercing both my tongue and nostril. She didn't give me a generic experience just because 100 people come through a day. Donnie is a great tattoo artist and overall artist in general.
Great first experience. Great vibes. Will be back for sure.

Just called with a few questions about piercing my nose. assumed they would be happy to answer my question considering they’re gonna be responsible for punching a literal hole in my face but the owner sounded super baked and was beyond rude for no reason. was gonna go here because i wanted a last minute piercing and all the other places were booked but definitely not worth it. -100/10
