I moved to this area about a year ago and it was time to search for a new tattoo artist and let me tell you I am so glad we came across Tried and True tattoo!! Mallory makes the whole scheduling process an absolute breeze and my tattoo artist Rob Flat did an outstanding job on my tattoo He drew up exactly what I wanted and got so much detail into my tattoo with only black white and gray! If you need a new tattoo artist search no further seriously they do amazing work!

I really enjoyed my experience at Tried and True Tattoo! Rob is an amazing tattoo artist that is a true artist with color and detail! working with a new tattoo artist sometimes can be awkward, but Rob made me feel comfortable, gave me exactly what I wanted, and even made suggestions that made my tattoo even better! The shop was clean, easy to get to, and I cant wait to get more work done! If you are searching for a fantastic tattoo artist , I highly suggest booking an appointment with Rob!!!

Moved to this area a year ago and me and my wife needed to find a new artist.Can't say enough about tried and true. Mallory makes the whole scheduling process nice and easy. Then my artist rob flat took my idea and drew it up better then I could have even imagined. His work is on another level and could not be happier about how my sleeves

Amazing tattoo shop! Highly recommend to get your next tat. Rob B is the best!! My husband and I have been following Rob around for years and are always satisfied with the end results. In fact, it is often hard to walk around and not get stopped to ask who and where we got our tattoos. As far as Tried and True Tattoo, cleanest and coolest place around! Check it out ... The staff is so amazing! Rob is an incredible and quick artist that did three tattoos for me, two for my sister and one for my mom within a days notice! His prices are incredible and his work space is amazing! I will definitely be going back to him for all of my tattoos and piercings!!

I will start by saying that the Tried and True Tattoo is one of the best tattoo shops I have EVER been to!!! EVER!!!! Upon arriving, it was so neat and clean with a very welcoming ambiance unlike other parlors. Rob Flat, the owner is such a professional and his art is AMAZING!!! I came in to get an arrow on one of my fingers and Rob did a FANTASTIC job!!! He also touched up the star tattoo I had done around 13 years ago and it looks brand new!! If you are looking for someone to tattoo your body, I suggest that you do not go ANYWHERE else except Tried and True Tattoo shop and see Rob!! Run, don't walk!! I will definitely have ALL of my tattoo work done here from now on. Such a professional business!!!

The shop itself, the location is pretty cool but the parking is a little confusing. Once you figure it out though it’s fine! It’s a bit of a drive (commuting from exit 17-ish) but absolutely worth it. The shop is super clean and has a really cool atmosphere and I love the decor. There’s tons of art on the walls by the owner of the shop, and it’s all amazing. Everyone I came into contact with was very friendly and professional!
I’ve been getting pierced (or getting jewelry upgraded) by Melissa for almost 5 months now and I can say she is without a doubt the only person I want touching me with (piercing) needles!! She’s hilarious and kind and super laid back and very very knowledgeable about jewelry types, sizes, etc and piercings. If I have questions or concerns she responds within 24 hours and is never bothered. I love what she’s done with my ears, as well as my nostril and navel piercings. I have had zero issues with any of them. Melissa is amazing!!
Nick did a tattoo on my ankle for his Halloween flash sale and I LOVE it. The art style is everything I was looking for, the line work is so so clean despite me knowing I definitely squirmed a bit. Super friendly and chill, definitely want to get another done by him!

This shop has a cool and friendly atmosphere that I love and I’ve had an amazing experience with piercings here! Melissa is not only an awesome person but she’s an extremely talented and artistic piercer. I’ve been to her several times and will continue to see her for all my future piercings. She’s professional, precise, and supportive throughout the entire process and I can’t wait to start future projects with her.
