Had an appointment with Marco Zuno to get my first tattoo. He was really great at answering all my questions and working my requests into a wonderful design, and really focused on getting all the little details right. I had such a great time I booked a second appointment for the next day to get another tattoo. The shop is a nice place, plenty of parking in back. The other artists there also do great work, but I'm going to book Marco again for sure.

It took me 58 years to decide to move forward with getting a tattoo....Rob was professional and knew exactly the theme i was looking for. I did my due diligence before i picked my artist and do not have any regret with my choice. Mallory was also awesome in answering all my questions and getting me scheduled. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tried and True Tattoo!!

Rob did amazing work on my upper arm! He made it come to life, I drove 2+ hrs to come to his shop I would definitely come back again. He was very professional, very clean shop it was an overall absolute wonderful atmosphere made me feel at home, would recommend him to family and friends!!!

Super super nice and fun staff! Walked in and was immediately greeted by smiles from the front desk. Easy going conversations that felt natural. I was looking up to find the nearest tattoo shop to where I was eating at the time and coincidentally when I found this place, a tattoo artist who had once tatted me before is at this location! Nick is amazing in what he does and is such a friendly and talented person!! His shadings are my favorite in his work and I definitely look forward to getting work done here again! Of course depends on money and timing, but the experience was all too wonderful c:

My best friend and I have been talking about getting tattoos together for a while, so when she came in town to visit this weekend, we thought it was the perfect opportunity to finally do it! We did some research, read some reviews, and both agreed that Tried and True Tattoo would be the perfect place to go. Well, I must say, I never expected to be so right! From the moment we walked in there we felt more welcomed and comfortable than we had at any other tattoo shop either of us had ever been to. The entire shop was extremely clean and inviting. The receptionist was friendly, professional, helpful, and very personable. When she introduced us to our tattoo artist, Marco, the professional and easy-going vibe continued. He was extremely knowledgeable and seemed passionate about his work. He was honest in his recommendations and understanding with our requests, and therefore ended up creating even better sketches than we expected. Throughout the entire process of getting set up, doing our tattoos, and adamantly explaining the after-care process, he was very neat, clean, thorough, and overall extremely friendly: making the experience calm, enjoyable, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend not only going to Tried and True for your next tattoo, but I would recommend booking an appointment with Marco!

Awesome shop! Followed Nicole Villari from her previous shop because she does awesome work. She’s done 2 custom tattoos for me and 3 for my boyfriend as well. There will be many more from her. Her book is awesome too if you get the chance, check it out. A lot of detail goes into her work. She’s very accommodating and listens to her clients. Highly recommend her as well as Tried and True Tattoo.
