So first off I want to say THANK YOU to Matt Skin for doing a BEAUTIFUL job on my tattoo! Not only did he do an AMAZING job he found time in his busy schedule to squeeze me in on really short notice. My experience at Full Moon was AWESOME and everyone was SUPER nice and very professional! My tattoo came out PERFECT and honestly more than I could ask for. I truly appreciate GREAT service and I received nothing less. I will definitely be returning here. Also to those ignorant people out there who leave rude comments, at least be honest. You get what you pay for!

I drove to the shop and they had the door locked. There was a message on the door stating only people with appointments are allowed in and that the door would remain locked. That’s fine. However to schedule an appointment you have to call their phone number. I called twice and no one picked up. I looked inside and there were 2 people in the shop looking right back at me but still not picking up. They didn’t even have decency to come to the door to hear what I had to say. I was trying to schedule an appointment and now they just lost a customer. Very rude and unprofessional.

We were told it would be 2 hour wait, it took closer to 4 hours. One person in our group was also skipped and was unable to get their tattoo, and was told they would have to come back. The wrist did a great job but the over all shop was terrible. Will not go back
