Absolutely love my tattoo. James did my baby’s birthday in Roman numerals and it turned out absolutely perfect. Didn’t even hurt. They don’t call him painless James for nothing! Thank you so much James!

James Painless is one of the most down to earth Tattoo Artists I have ever known and I have delt with a lot of different Artists in my 20+ years of getting ink he has a skill of drawing one of a kind tattoos and his prices are by far the best his shop and staff are all great and know the tattoo busines not just some hired help. I recommend New Image Tattoo to everyone that's asks about getting some ink if it's there first time or not.. And his nickname is Painless James for a reason!!!!!!

New image has always been a welcoming tattoo parlor. The awesome service at the front desk is exceptional. And the tattoo artists are superurb. The work is always amazingly creative and new, with precise detail in description. The prices are well worth the work and affordable. Along with military discount and specials on holidays and weekly. If you need some out of this world art to showcase at the beach, BBQ, or lake; new image is the place to go.

This is my 2nd review as Google removed all of my reviews for an unknown reason. James did terrible work. He lacks basic line working skills. The linework on my tattoo was squiggly and when he added the color he went OUTSIDE OF THE LINEWORK! So there were random blue dots on my arm. He also initially did not do what I asked him, or literally showed him because I brought him a picture of what I wanted. He decided to treat my body as a blank canvas and be creative. James was also high on marijuana when he tattooed me, which you can smell when you enter his establishment. I also have a prior tattoo from him (because I mistakenly allowed him to tattoo me twice) and when I went back for the touch up he put a white line around it without my permission which made the tattoo look like a sticker. People literally asked me why I had a sticker on my leg. When I went back to him to correct the tattoo on my arm he had the nerve to charge me $75.00 to change it because it "wasn't his vision anymore." Again, I brought him a picture of what I should have been. I have sence had his work covered up.

James messed up my tattoo and left off plenty of detail. I have a half ass job tattoo on my arm that I got overcharged for, but I am so thankful I found a better tattoo artist who is going to cover up his shiity job. I would not recommend this place to my enemy, overpriced and mediocre work.
