I got my first tattoo ever today and it was such an easy, fun, clean experience that I’m already planning to come back next week! I was a walk-in and Trey got my design exactly how I wanted it, and my boyfriend and I loved his vibe and Alien merch. 😂 I was definitely being a wimp but he talked to me start to finish to distract me and we had a great time. And when he told me the price I had to ask him if he was sure and tip him the same amount. Absolutely will be coming back!

First tattoo experience, and two stars is the highest I’ll leave. I got Ellie’s tattoo from TLOU2, and I’m disappointed. The lines are really shaky and inconsistent, there’s a few spots where the ink has already faded out, and I can see the blowout on almost all of the fern leaves, along with the lines on the moth being really “janky” according to a different tattoo artist I got a second opinion on, from a different shop. It wasn’t the artist who put the stencil on, but his apprentice, and it’s smaller than the actual tattoo and the placement is wrong. It was a three hour session and during the end he was rushing to get finished and almost completely shut down from talking and even got snappy when talking to me. Overall I won’t be coming back and I’m highly upset that this was my first experience and that it went so bad since the entire design takes up a quarter of my arm.

I was visiting family and friends in Georgia from Texas, and my best friend and I decided to get a matching tattoo. She ultimately chose Tim from Hand Over Heart Tattoo, and it ultimately was a great experience! Tim was very professional, and his work is just beyond words! You can see it the moment you walk in the door. Our tattoos look great, and my favorite part that I just cannot ignore is the fact that his office is set up so perfectly. I was only in the chair for 20 minutes, and I still had so much more to look at. So many awesome thrift store and antique store finds, and so many flash sheets. Everywhere you look, you’re just amazed. Highly recommend!

Walked in with a simple design- was taken right away and Dylan was amazing. He talked to me, explained what he was doing and made the experience really comfortable. Will definitely go back the next time I'm in the area.

Shout out to Hand over Heart, specifically the artist Dylan and Ryan. (Backstory: My Momma had a small dove tattoo she had gotten in memory of my father after his death...her first and only tattoo at 70 ❤❤.) She passed away unexpectedly on Thursday last week and myself, my siblings and some other family members suddenly decided to get the same dove tattoo yesterday. After another shop ghosted us, we all drove to Hand over Heart Heart and 7 of us walked in at 7:15 pm with no appointment just to inquire into the tattoo specifics and schedule an appointment for this week. Dylan and Ryan decided to go ahead and do all 7 tattoos since we were all there and it was going to be hard getting us all back together. Hand Over Heart is a really nice shop....super clean. They earned future business with the tattoo people in our group. There were so incredibly awesome!!!! Go see them.

Wonderful people! Got my daughters in last minute for matching sister tattoos. My one daughter turned 18 and it made her birthday (and TikTok) dreams to get it on her actual birthday 😂. I went in the next day to get one to match theirs and I love it as well!!

Tim is an incredibly talented artist. Extremely clean shop, amazing artwork and he is so friendly! I’ve been getting tattooed by Tim for 2 years and I plan to have many more tattoos by him. If I could rate 10 stars I would!!!
