Had a GREAT experience! Chuck did my very first tattoo and I came back months later for him to do a second one for me! Howard did great and made me feel very comfortable when he did my tongue piercing as I was very nervous in all honesty🤷🏻♀️

I got my septum pierced here and I am very upset. She did not pierce it in the right spot at all, it's in my cartilage. She did not even attempt to use her fingers to find the sweet spot in my nose, she just put the clamp in and pierced. I have to get it taken out a repierced in the correct spot now.

The workers were really nice although it did take a while for them to get us in the nose piercing looks amazing it didn’t hurt as much as I thought it would again me and one of my friends went and she was very scared but The guy who did it talked her through it and said that it would only hurt for a second and we both love it 😍

Loved my visit to Big Time! Howard did my smiley piercing and it didn't hurt at all! He was very nice and helped calm my nerves about getting the piercing. I also got a tattoo from Corey and he was super nice as well. He did great work and was very professional. The whole shop was very clean and neat. Loved this place!!

Came here as soon as I turned 18 to start my tattoo journey and it did not go well. Just slapped a stencil on my arm that I didn’t approve and got to work. The tattoo did not come out anything like i wanted it to and I was disappointed. Not to mention the uncooperative nature and rudeness from who i assume is the receptionist. 3 tattoos and a piercing later and I go to VILLA RICA INK for EVERYTHING.

We waited aboit 20 mins, the place is beautiful and clean. The woman who did my childs septum piercing took about 4 mins to find the right spot with the clamp, then it seemed to take about a whole min 1/2 to get the need threw. My oldest got this same piercing done at Ink Rush In Carrollton and it took all of 2 mins. I was so worried my baby was in pain. And over the phone I was told it would be $45 and they wouldn't let me pay before the piercing, and I was charged $65. This is the reason for my rating. They were not rude. But didn't really speak either. Also if you want cleanser its $15 extra it doesn't come with it here.

I got my nose pierced back in November (2015). The service was great, it was decently priced, everything was sanitary, and Howard was very nice. I've never had any problems with my piercing, it healed just fine. I'll definitely be back soon to get my double helix pierced.

I just got my tongue piericed today and what a wonderful experience it was! Howard, the guy who did my piercing was really friendly and funny. He walked me through all the steps as he was doing the procedure, and even made me feel not so awkward about drooling all over myself 😂 Also, the aftercare spray is really cheap there.. In other store it would cost about 20 bucks but here you can get it for 12! I would really recommend this place to anyone who is looking for quality piercings.

Great place to go to get your nose pierced or any piercing!! Howard was fantastic with my nephew. He made him really comfortable and explained everything to him as he was doing his piercing. He also explained in detail how to take care of his piercing. ...great experience! I will be going back to Howard for my piercing!

Very satisfied with the service. Everyone was very nice. Howard was kind,and very informative on what he was going to do,and gave me a heads up if he was going to touch me if my eyes happened to be closed. He let me know what I needed to do to clean it and wear to get other jewelry to fit my piercing.
