Frankie tattooed my Coosa mare on me. The tattoo is 5 years old and people still stop me to look at it. If you want a 3d tattoo that lasts, Frankie is the man!! I'm loving the swanky vibe of the new shop.

Owner/Manager is very unprofessional and rude. Me and my cousins called to inquire about walk-ins. She told us we could come in for something small and she asked what we wanted and we said a flower and she said flowers are large, and my cousin said no it's not large and the manager assumed that she was being rude even though she answered her questions and hung up on us. I then called to talk to the manager who was then rude to me when I brought the situation to attention because she assumed I was the person she previously talked too. She said that we were rude and talking to her like she was stupid. She then said they were only taking appointments after she just told my cousin we could walk in, then she tried to say walk-ins are by appointment only which was a very stupid response so I hung up the phone. Following the phone call she decided that it was professional to personally text me saying "Do not call us back! We are by appointment only. We will take walkins upon availability. We have the right to refuse service for any reason"
