This is my second tattoo from Ben Kelly. I live in Athens but I will continue to drive down to have Ben work in my tattoos. He is an incredible artist and very helpful in the process of making your vision work on your body. I'm excited he has is own place and his new shop is clean clean clean (his last one was too)! You can tell he and his staff make cleanliness a top priority. He is a true professional and I will be back soon!

Beautiful studio located downtown. Very clean. The tattoo artists here are very busy because they do quality work. Expect to book your appointment 1-2 months out. They will be very honest with you if they don’t think their style is a match for the style of work you’re looking for. Mareva is amazing and does beautiful feminine style work, but is capable of much more than just that genre. Got my first tattoo here and am very happy with the work. Mareva did my second tattoo as well (last photo)

My husband and I are on our honeymoon trip and stopped here so I could get a piece that I've been thinking about for a while. Ben worked really hard to fit me into his tight schedule, and came up with a gorgeous design that I love. The artwork is amazing, and he was so good about making sure that I was comfortable and relaxed while he was working. My husband I will be coming back from Baltimore for our future tattoos so that we can work with Ben. I would 1000% recommend Red Ocean to anyone thinking about a new tattoo.

Ben is a fantastic artist and guy! He was really patient with me when I'm sure I was being overly particular about what I wanted, and in the end, he gave me the most incredible tattoo thay I could ask for. Ben Kelly certainly ranks among the very TOP tattoo artists I've ever had the privilege of meeting/had tattoo work done by. If you are thinking about going any where else in Savannah to get a tattoo, or anywhere else period.. DON'T! The precision, time, and dedication you will receive at Red Ocean is ahead of the tattoo curve. From being a personable artist, to really listening and being able to give you exactly what you want in your particular tattoo(s), top of the line cleanliness, and even displays of his own regular art work on the walls, this place is amazing.
