Just had my second experience here and it has only gotten better! I had an vague idea and Ben turn it into a beautiful composition. Completely blown away by the work and absolutely in love with my new tattoo. You would be hard pressed to find someone who is excited as Ben is about the art and work they are doing.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I wasn’t even planning on a new tattoo when we happened upon Red Ocean on a trip to Savannah 6 months ago. An idea came to me while checking out Ben’s awesome portfolio, and we set up an appointment. The shop has such a good vibe about it, with plenty of laughter and friendly banter. Ben has been welcoming, friendly, communicative and a joy to work with from consultation to completion. I cannot recommend highly enough!

BeST FIRST tattoo ever . . Going to Red Ocean was the best decision I could have made. First off, the website is very welcoming and did NOT give me the sense that they were after my money. Ben Kelly, my tattoo artist provided me with his professional opinion of the side piece I wanted to get. He clarified for me ALL of my questions and provided a thorough reasoning of his explanations.
The team at Red Ocean gets along VERY well. We as, clients observe that and it says something about the company culture. Everyone is so kind, understanding, and extremely Knowledgeable in their respective line of work. The team complements one another and provides you with the best expertise in the Savannah area.
The tattoo took several sessions and Ben consistently paid attention to my comfort level and kept me informed of the progress. The final work is a piece of art with my rib cage as the canvas. SiK!!!
I'm going back for another fairly soon.

Fantastic experience and people. I went in for a consultation with Ben about 3 and a half months ago. He gave his input and opinions based off his own experiences to help me decide what I could possibly add in the future versus it just being a solitary piece that nothing would go with it if I wanted more. He made the tattooing experience very easy as well, especially it being my first tattoo. The workspace was very clean and he was very thorough in his brief of how to take care of it during the healing process. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Friday night Cory and Bill did an out standing job! The shop was very welcoming and great vibes, the 2 were extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable. The work they did was out of this world, I have a real tattoos and have never had a go to shop or a artist but that has no changed! Great job Red Ocean Tattoo and great job Cory and Bill 🤘🏼

I HIGHLY recommend Red Ocean! Everyone there is so friendly, it's super clean, and all of the artists are amazing. I had my tattoo done by Ben and it was honestly a wonderful experience. This is not a "hit or miss" tattoo shop, if you get something done here there is a 100% chance that you will love it.

Excellent artists! Staff is so friendly providing a relaxed atmosphere that makes time fly by while your tattoo is being done. Ben Kelly took my idea and turned it into something better than I had imagined. I went in for a cover up and it looks great!! Highly recommend Ben if you want great tattoo art.

Ben did an amazing job with my tattoo. Truly an artist! There is nothing I could say negative about red ocean Ben is easy going ,easy to get along with and his tattoos are awesome everyone who has seen has complimented by the work he did. Most positive thing I can say is he enjoys what he does this isn't just a job to him he truly enjoys what he does. Josh also did awesome job on the wife's tattoos both very professional.
