We had a group come from out of town and they were able to accommodate us all! (We did book a time slot ahead of time). JENN was absolutely amazing. Great work, very talented. She was also very thorough with cleaning and care instructions, along with describing what to expect and walk you through the tattoo process (some of the girls were getting their first tattoo and were very nervous, but she made them feel very comfortable). The gal at the front desk was also extremely nice & great at communicating with us while planning everything in advance. The tattoo parlor was also very clean, and had wonderful vibes. Added bonus is that the shop is very close to an awesome coffee shop, eclectic stores, and a brewery - to get a beer AFTER your tattoo is done of course ;). Highly recommend Riverside and Jenn!

Robyn was absolutely amazing!!! They were so careful and thorough and absolutely dedicated to fulfilling my vision on my latest tattoo! There literally could not have been a better artist. The store overall was super comfortable and welcoming and I fully intend on going back and working with more of their artists in the future! Absolutely love Riverside!!

Yes! Yes! Yes! I got my very first tattoo ever with Lauren at Riverside last week. She was incredibly helpful in fine tuning the design I wanted. The outcome is more beautiful than I could have ever imagined!! She was so kind and explained everything that she was doing as we went along. I am so impressed with her artwork and skill!! I am now the proud owner of the most beautiful tattoo I have ever seen! I have already referred two people there. Thank you, Lauren! I just love you and will be back!

I got my first tattoo here with Hilliary and the experience was amazing! She made me feel comfortable and my tattoo is GORGEOUS! She worked with me to get exactly what I wanted! The place is so clean and tastefully decorated. Front staff was amazing to deal with as well. Because we were out of state, we did a lot of back and forth through email and phone calls. The communication was great. I cannot recommend this place enough!

This was my first tattoo and I wanted to get it in memory of my beloved dog who passed recently. I chose Riverside Tattoo because of their stellar reviews. After receiving my request they assigned Robyn to be my artist. Robyn was friendly, willingly walked me through the process from the design and color additions to preparing, making sure my stencil was perfectly straight before proceeding, and then finally sitting for my tattoo. Robyn was gentle and professional and I love how my tattoo turned out! All of my friends who've seen it so far think it's a beautiful tribute to my boy. SUCH a good experience here! I emailed about an appointment, and while they didn't have anything they said if a cancelation came up they'd let me know. I was able to take a cancellations spot 3 days later. Jenn was my artist and was amazing!!! Super sweet and funny. The way she drew up my design was exactly how I pictured and her work is fantastic. The line work and the color came out great. She stayed late to get it all finished up for me. All around it was just a great tattoo experience.
The shop itself is also very comfortable, and the decor is eclectic and really fun. I'd recommend this shop to everyone. If I was going to be in Savannah longer I'd love to come back here!
