Let me start by saying that customer service is a very big deal with me. I sell wedding gowns, and it's most important to work well with your customers, even if you aren't able to provide exactly what they need at your shop.
My sisters and I were intending to drive from Knoxville, TN to get tattoos at this shop, but unfortunately it didn't work out. Now all that said, the manager, Paul, is absolutely amazing. I spoke with him at length over Facebook, asking questions about pricing, design, tattoo law (one sister is a minor), and he was prompt and friendly to answer them all. He even did some digging, and gave me a recommendation on a shop in another state! Now that is spectacular. If and when I choose to get more ink, it will be worth it to make the 3+ hour drive just based on this experience alone. 👌🏻

Had a fantastic experience with Paul for my first tattoo, small script on my wrist. He had a lot of expertise that he offered in providing guidance on which font to choose, and which one would age the best. He was professional and also laid back which put me at ease. Paul took the time to make sure he got it right and I really appreciate it! Thanks! I will probably be back for more!

My friend and I first came to see Paul on a whim. It was my first tattoo and he made me so comfortable and I was extremely confident with him. The location is a little skeptical, but that doesn't mean anything because he is easily one of the best tattoo artists in Atlanta!
Probably the most fairly priced as well. I will definitely be returning to him soon

I got the first butterfly tattoo on my back near lower neck region at the age of 29. Andy, the artist at Permanent Ink Tattoo shop, who did my butterfly tattoo. Andy conducted an excellent job with my first tattoo. I thought it would be painful, but somehow he made it seemingly less painful. I only felt a little bit pinch while tattooing. Andy was more than willing to touch-up for free if you are not satisfied with it. At first I was nervous how it would turn out after two weeks.... in the end it turned out GREAT! I actually love my new tattoo! I am going to come back for a second one done by the same artist, Andy. He's the best!

This is definitely the coolest tattoo parlor in Clarkston, GA the atmosphere is awesome and really laid back. I just got my first tattoo done by Andy and my second one done by Paul, each artist has a private studio where you're not display if you,re getting a tattoo and I was completely comfortable. They are true professionals, They gave me excellent advice about the placement of my tattoo and life...They also have interesting conversation that will definitely get you through the pain of the tattoo. They also gave me great advice and tips about taking care of my tattoo, the right products to use,etc. The shop was very clean and everyone was really nice, this shop is AMAZING!!! I will definitely go back for more artwork I need. All in all I recommend this shop to anyone in the Stone Mountain and Clarkston area and especially Andy and Paul to everyone. =)

I got my first tattoo today and everything went better than what i expected. The staff was very friendly and kept my mind off thinking the worst. If i ever decide to get another tattoo i would definitely return back to Permanent Ink and have Paul do my second tattoo.
