My friend and I went there for piercings. When we walked in, the employees were gathered around the front desk yet no one greeted us, asked if they could help us or even smiled. I waited at the desk to be served and no one helped us. After waiting for about 20 minutes, my friend and I decided to leave. As we left, one of the employees from the desk yelled out "Bye."
I will never return to Ivory Tower if this is how they insist on treating their customers. I do not mind taking my business elsewhere.

Me and my girlfriend got our eyebrow pierced and it barely hurt thank y'all for always being clean and sanitized and wearing gloves and for showing kind hospitality to my girlfriend who was light headed and you tended to her thank you thank you this is my third time getting a peircing there and they are all doing quite well.
