So happy I discovered this shop when I moved here about a year ago! Savannah has done a lot of fantastic work on me. She’s so easy going, fun, and friendly to work with AND always executes the visions I have for my tattoos perfectly. And I know they’re good because I probably get asked once a day who did them and where!!! couldn’t recommend a better shop or artist

I’ve been to New Era several times now and they are always extremely helpful and have made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire experience. Savannah has done two tattoos for me now and is an absolute amazing artist to work with! I would absolutely recommend her if you are looking for an artist.

Savannah was pretty rude when tattooing me. She kept insisting that I was stupid because i wanted my hand done and would tell me how she hates customers and makes fun of them for wanting a certain area. I left and went down the road wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone in the area.

savannah was so sweet and took me as a walk in the studio was very clean and had great vibes i came in for a simple tattoo and she added her own spice to it and made it perfect i love my tattoo i’d definitely recommend and will have to go back for another round

Daniel is very professional, he has a fun, clean environment. He does amazing work! He is absolutely the only artist I will use for my work! I highly recommend him. His work and his staffs work is always great.

Couldn’t ask for a better experience. It’s been 10 years since my last tattoo and my husbands first. Loved this place so much. Tre did amazing and was so nice! As was everyone else working there. Will definitely be back soon!

I have gotten a few things done here the work has been good, however... I let an apprentice here do a tattoo on my foot with the promise that I could be touched up for free later if needed. Half the tattoo came off and when I went to talk to the owner he simply stated he won't fix it, and that this is is what happens to foot tattoos. I am not happy that they broke their word and now I have a halfway gone tattoo on my foot. Not professional at all. Don't make promises that effect people's body's then change your mind and come up with lousy excuses to not fix it. Wearing flip flops and sandals now is embarrassing.
I know many people that have had tattoos on their feet for years and theirs looks perfectly fine. Mine is literally gone.
However, despite the owner going back on his word, Trey (an artist here) is an amazing artist with a steady hand and great line work!

Professional and talented! i’ve gotten 2 tattoos with Lane, he is cool, speedy, and great at what he does! very professional environment, had to take a break and they took every step to make sure i was good before starting again. always a pleasure
