Very professional, attentive, easy to speak with staff that made sure the processes were understood for either piercings or tattoos. They are generally open late(I've been included door time in picture...subject to change depending on establishments needs), but you can always visit the website for further info as well as visit each artists gallery. I do not think all the artists are on the website but those that are in the shop may have other outlets to visit to see their works. It helps to say that the artists are certified in what they do, the shop itself has a 99 RATING!! Huge plus!! WALK-INS WELCOMED (depending on how busy the shop is..appts too are a good way to solidify spots)

I've also added a bargaining and drunken/or high poster they had near the front entrance, I found it hilariously human.

They are also very understanding about if an individual already has a piercing, they would check and if there is no need to create another "hole" you would be only charged for the ring placement.

I overall loved the service!! 5+ stars if I could!

The entire experience of being tattooed by Ellie Chase from the start has been amazing. We ended up doing 2 sessions and both of them she was professional and understanding. She made me comfortable during the entire experience and the tattoo came out absolutely amazing! I'm looking forward to receiving more of her art.

I had the pleasure of getting my nose pierced (for the 3rd time) and then decided to also add another tattoo. Sarah was my artist and I loved her! I kept telling her how relaxed I was because she was so gentle with the needle. I’ll def be back so that she can get my sleeve going! The second pic is day one vs day 3. Nah Sarah is the G.O.A.T!!!!!!!

There’s only one person that I trust with a needle and ink and that is Jacob @adame_tattooz. I am picky when it comes to my tattoos. So I literally waited about three years for my Egyptian themed half sleeve, because I needed to find the right person. Not only is Jacob a great artist, he’s a super down to earth person and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the session. No one else is tattooing me but Jacob!!

Super stoked that the man the myth the legend Mr Andrew Chico Dixon will be adding to my tattoo collection tomorrow (12-29-22)... Can't wait..

Came here for my first tattoo as a walk in. I saw all the amazing reviews and pics of other people's tattoos from here and I thought they would be a great choice for a tattoo I wanted as a memorial for my friend who passed.

Ellie was nice and very accommodating at surface level but insisted that getting a small behind the ear tattoo would not work well because it would get fuzzy. After modifying the piece a bit, I asked for small changes to be made (making the petals more rounded/thinning the design a bit), but instead of making a new stencil she said she would add that and to trust her. So I did.

But after seeing the results it was clear that she didn't actually carry through with the changes I was asked to "trust her" on.

At that point the outline was already on so I figured maybe I'd just let her continue in case she was right and I ended up liking it after it was shaded a bit.

Unfortunately though, the shading ended up being very clumped together (not much of a gradual gradient) so I asked her to feather it out a bit more so it was more gradual. She said okay but the end result was just darker in the same areas.

At that point I just gave up, (it's already on there, not much I can do) paid, and left. I didn't want to say anything because Ellie was really very nice and patient but unfortunately I just think she missed a lot of important parts that ended up making my very specific ghost plant tattoo into a generic flower so I had to come clean and be honest here.

I have been getting tattooed for the past 20 years black rose tattoo has to be the cleanest well organized and fun place to get Inked I've ever visited definitely looking forward to going back Chico is the best

Alli has done several tattoos for me, my husband, and my best friend. Her work is impeccable, her style is immaculate, and she is the absolute sweetest. She’s super fun to talk to and makes getting tattooed a comfortable experience! We plan to visit her for years to come.

I went with my daughter to get her first tattoo and piercing. The artists are so nice (Ellie, not sure I spelled it correctly, was so gentle I barely felt it)! The place is very clean! My other daughter and I ended up getting tattoos and they were graciously patient even though it was almost closing time. This is definitely our new spot!

Ellie Chase has done 99% of my tattoos and gives excellent customer service. She makes you feel comfortable and safe during each session. A very talented artist and professional shop.
