I used this place thinking it would be a great experience little did ik id have to be pursuing a lawsuit due to the scarring and keloids i received after the healing of my tattoo my lines are so messed up because the artist was drunk and high i just thought that was how he got into his creative zone so i didnt judge him. After contacting the owner just to get them to fix the lines and shades and show him the damage and not getting a response this negligence has caused me to take further actions smh not saying each artist will be the same yet be careful because they only post their best work.

I booked a 10hr tap out session with a 50 dollar deposit and asked to be contacted. I was never called I didn’t even get an email, I don’t even know who my artist was supposed to be. So today, I completely forget my appt and it’s an hour away. I get an automated text message about my appt being updated to a later time, no call. So I call the business and leave a voice message. At this point have the deposit… total waste of money.

My fiancé and I were ready to get tattooed and set up digital consultations that we tried to attend through zoom. The artist didn’t show for either appt and didn’t reach to us either. I called the store for a refund (receptionist rude and unprofessional) and was told I would receive. Of course this never came. So I reached out to the owner/ lead artist with this message on February 27, 2021:
Good Evening,
Contacting you because my fiancé and I was interested in getting tattooed by one of the artist named tre at your east location. I paid for two consultations and he missed both appts. This was not followed up by a phone call or email(which would have been acceptable for a reschedule). I called the east location to get ask about a refund and the young lady that answered the phone was not pleasant nor did she apologize on behalf of the artist. She said that she would refund the charges , but I may have to call again to make sure both are refunded since I was rushed off the phone. We too are business owners and I wanted you to be aware of the unprofessionalism. Thank you kindly and God Bless.
The owner reached out, apologized and offered to do our tattoos himself for half price. We did our consultation immediately and have been conversing with him over the course of a few months. He has our designs and pictures of the areas we wanted tatted. Our last conversation was on March 26, 2021 and I haven’t heard anything as of yet. I should not have to chase anyone down to take my money. So overall my experience is horrible. I will be taking my business somewhere else.
