I have come to this shop for multiple tattoos. The artists and owner here are my favorite. It feels like visiting friends when I come in. They take precautions and are considerate to health and safety. The work I've had done here are my favorite pieces, and I wish I could have a do over for all my other tats. My husband had his first tattoo done here as well. I have many other tattoos planned and I could not imagine going anywhere else.

Sunday me and my gf went in to see if they do walk in or by appointment. Artist closer to the door said what we were looking to do and my gf said a face tattoo. He mention he doesn’t do face tattoos unless you already have tattoos. We both have tattoos so it’s not like it’s our first. Didn’t really feel like they wanted to tattoo her up so we left. None the less don’t go here if you’re not gonna be welcomed or treated well from the start.

Derrick is the best piercer I’ve ever been to! He’s very gentle and patient. I had an amazing experience. He was super knowledgeable and informative about aftercare. Excellent customer service. The overall vibe of the entire shop was great. Can’t wait to go back and get a tattoo done there.

I'm a long time customer of Diligent Lobotomy, but usually I see Eddy. Today I saw a new artist - Tori! Their style is super cute, their personality is shining, and are very skilled at tattooing. I'm moving out of state soon and am already planning my next tattoo with them!

My boyfriend and I came to get some piercings yesterday and were referred to see Derrick. Derrick was very patient with us and provided us with a lot of information on what to expect after getting our piercings. I've gotten my nose pierced twice before (back in California) in the same spot and both times were painful. I even felt the after pain for about a week, but Derrick made the process smooth and it didn't hurt as bad as I thought it would. I'm not even dealing with major after pain like I did the last two times. I would definitely recommend my friends to go see him.

The shop was clean and nice and the piercer was very professional. I'm not sure what went wrong. I made sure to keep my piercing clean, washing with antibacterial soap and doing salt water rinses however I ended up getting an infection and receiving mastitis. Before the piercing infection got worse I tried to call but I was told the piercer was out and I would have to wait a week to see him. The pain was unbearable. I went to another shop and they told me the piercing was not properly done. Now I'm stuck with swollen red breast and have to take antibiotics to clear the infection. Wouldn't come back again, unfortunately, mainly for the lack of available communication with the piercer. I'm also a medical professorial, so I used medical grade saline wash solution to tend to my piercing.

Eddie is AH-MAZING, he is a big nerd with a goofy sense of humor. He has done about 99% of the tattoos on my body and I love each and every one of them. I will always go to Eddie to get some work done. The tattoo shop is always clean, the other artists there are really cool people as well. I recommend Eddie to EVERYONE for any of their tattoo needs!
