Literally the worst business (not just tattoo) experience EVER. After booking via email and sending over references photos and being assured that our desired result could be accomplished, we scheduled via a deposit. The following morning my girlfriend arrived at 1pm ( the initial appointment was at 11am but we received an email asking if she could come at 1pm) and things took a turn for the worse. The original image was to be re-rednderd maintaining only a few things and adding a few details. Well, according to Eddy he couldn't or wouldn't do anything. So he literally copied the exact image and didn't re-render anything or put any effort at all into creating an amazing piece of art like I'm absolutely positive he could have. At this point my girlfriend made me aware of what was going on via text message so I called to speak with him. I kindly tried telling him about the conversation that I had with his I'm assuming assistant and that she told me the image would be re-rendered. Well i was barely able to get my first point across before he started cussing and yelling at me. I'm assuming he was having a really bad day or something and unfortunately took it out on a customer. There is absolutely no excuse for his behavior and i do hope that he makes an earnest and sincere effort to apologize for how he treated my girlfriend afterwards. I wasn't there to witness it but he basically tried his best to embarrass my girlfriend as if she did something wrong. She kindly accepted her deposit back (which I'm sure we wouldn't have received if we were in the wrong) and silently left the store. I do not know if this is his everyday disposition but today was very very bad.

My partner recommended Diligent Lobotomy to me after getting work done by almost everyone at the shop, and raved about how everyone at the shop comes from a solid artistic background in illustration. I've been waiting to start my sleeve for years, with a definite concept in mind but without the finer artistic points. Eddy Argibay not only didn't mind me looking over his shoulder as he sketched out my tattoo, he essentially invited me to do so. He took my vague description from concept to execution in perfect order and I'm definitely looking forward to working with him on the rest of my sleeve and future pieces. Very friendly and personable staff as well. Can't recommend Diligent Lobotomy and Eddy enough.

Both times they worked with me closely to make sure I got exactly the design I wanted, did amazing work (strong lines, great color), and just made the entire experience extremely enjoyable. I had three friends, who happen to not know each other, highly recommend DLT in Tucker. My mom passed away in May of 2018, and I wanted to get a tattoo of my mom’s signature on my wrist. Two of my friends had used Anna for their script tattoos, so I made an appointment with her via Facebook messenger. I took several samples of my mom’s signature to the appointment with me and told Anna what I would like. She was very patient with me, and also very friendly, yet professional. Before I knew it, she was done with the tattoo! She answered the few questions I had, then I checked out. The price was reasonable, and she sent me home with my receipt, her business card and a printout of aftercare instructions. The next day or so, I was very pleased to see that Anna had posted pictures of my tattoo and Mom’s writing samples on Instagram and Facebook where she had said “The ones that mean the most are my favorite to do.” I’m so glad I trusted Anna at DLT with my tattoo and I also highly recommend them!
The DESTAnation!
Walked in to get a simple small tattoo. I saw Anna. She worked with me to sketch something up (I really didn't know what I wanted). It came out beautifully. I have had no issues. After the 2nd day, I didn't even remember that it was on my skin. No pain! Highly recommend.

Came In on 6/01 to get my nose repierced. I can't remember the gentleman name who pierced my nose but he was fast and friendly. I'll definitely be back to get my other nostril pierced.
