Pa`u Tattoo

Great place for both tattoos and haircuts. Didn't take long for it to become my barber shop. The tattoo artists are fantastic. The work Ryan has done for me is outstanding and I couldn't be happier

The staff here are really great guys, however I was disappointed. I was scheduled with one artist and he double booked appointments and pawned me off to another artist. The artist did good work but not exactly what I was hoping for. My wife was supposed to get a tattoo as well and was asked to wait half an hour so the artist could take a break from her last client. No big deal we went to get something to munch on but when we returned all the artists were in a car smoking marijuana. I am corrections officer trained in detecting weed. We could clearly smell it when they opened the door. Needless to say she did not get one. I don't think I could ethically recommend going here. They are good tattoo artists but lack in professionalism. Also it is cash only with a minimum of $60.

Great shop with various artists to meet your needs. I highly recommend Brooks, his art work is a beautiful free hand representation of your story. It’s uniquely yours and like no other. Call for an appointment, the great ones are always booked 😉.

Koa fit us in for our version of our wedding bands. We showed him a picture of an idea we had and he ran with it. These tattoos are awesome. He was quick and genuine and seemed excited to do this work for us. We LOVE how our tattoos came out and would definitely recommend Koa. We are not locals; but would make the trip back here for more work.

Life of Ryan you are impressively talented and we loved your aloha vibe and meaning behind the tattoo. Its nice when an artist gets to know you and creates using inspiration from their clients - that's how it should always be. Just a great overall vibe from all the staff even the neighbouring barbershop. Super happy accident that we went to Haleiwa and the short wait time pushed me to be patient and wait for the matsumoto shave ice next door so thanks! :) Ryan you should do merch!!!

Ryan did my tattoo a couple years ago and it still looks amazing. It’s difficult to find people to do hand tattoos so I’d highly recommend him for it.

Best in the business. The atmosphere is very relaxing and this is the only place i will go. Tyler is my go to tattoo artist. Pricing is very accommodating and it is overall a great experience. The details and end product is amazing.

Myself, my husband and a couple of friends stopped by here on the last day of our honeymoon. Best choice ever. Only down side was the minimum of $60 for each tattoo. Mine however is amazing to the point I have decided to start a sleeve project with it as the focus point!

Looked like a clean shop, we were to go sky diving today but because of the horrible accident yesterday ( so sad) we decided to get tattoos. We walked in and was told one of the three could be done today. We waited over 2 1/2 hours after being told we were next many times. Then we were told to go to dinner and we would get a call as soon as they were ready for us. You guessed it no phone call. My time is just as valuable and this shop didn’t care at all. Was really looking forward to a great memory! What a disappointment!!

Wasted our entire last day in Hawaii so we could meet an appointment with Tyler, when we arrived were informed that Tyler was to busy to do our tattoos and that he had changed our appointment to the previous day, but he never informed us of the change. Bad business. Do not go to Pa'u tattoo!
