Sacred Art Tattoo - Saratoga

This is hands down the best service I have ever received at a tattoo business. Daniel was very welcoming and wanted to ensure that my vision of tattoo would occur. The entire staff is outstanding!!! Thanks for this top notch service.

I got a 20th birthday tattoo from Diego, and was a walk in. I called at 10 am on the morning of my birthday, and was kindly given an appointment for 1 pm within five minutes of my first call by the artist, Ashley. During my appointment, Diego was so kind as to drop the price for my birthday; and because of the budget that my mom was working with for a birthday present! He did an AMAZING job and finished almost an entire forearm piece within about an hour and a half, with skill and precision. All of the artists at the shop that day were also extremely welcoming and kind as well, and spoke to me like I was already a friend. I highly recommend getting a piece done at SAS, it was definitely the best experience I've had at an on-island parlor.

If it is very important to you that your ideas are implemented exactly like you want it, I would not recommend you to go there. I don't remember my tattoo artist's name, but he was the local, darker skinned Hawaiian with longer hair. He doesn't give the feeling that he cares what you really want. Rather, he puts himself above it, seems arogant and wants to impose his own will. For example, he completely ignored my wish about the height of the ancle tattoo placement. He removed my height mark and said, in my desired height he stings basically never. So either as he wants or not at all. Now it is a little too high for me. (My mistake: I could have said, "All right, then don't." But I didn't, because I already had to pay $50 deposit. My bad.)

I just didn't feel comfortable with him. He's pretty unlikeable. I also think he felt discriminated against in his Hawaiian heritage because I, as a non-Hawaiian, wanted a Polynesian-style tattoo from him that I drew myself. At first, he didn't even want to stick me with my desired motif.

All in all it is nevertheless well stung and I love it. It looks very nice. The tattoo is cool, but I will definitely never go to this artist again and advise everyone against it.

Gio tattooed my wife and I, and some friends- he did a wonderful job! He was very fun, friendly, and professional. Both him and Daniel practiced proper safety guidelines, covid-included.
Getting a tattoo can be intimidating, so having an artist who you feel comfortable around (like Gio and Daniel) makes the experience that much more enjoyable.
I would highly recommend getting a tattoo from either of these gentlemen.

My husband & I went to Sacred Art during our honeymoon to Oahu. We wanted to take a little piece of the island home with us. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly and welcoming faces. Kili at the front desk and the baristas were so kind and sweet!

Jorge was our AMAZING tattoo artist. He was professional, enthusiastic and eager to create our design. He used photos and videos that we had taken of the mountain ranges of Oahu to design our tattoos. We fell in love with his vision immediately.

Due to my indecisiveness, I wanted to add a few more mountain peaks to my tattoo the following day. Dane and Jorge were so accommodating that they made sure to fix my tattoo prior to catching our flight. They wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my tattoo prior to leaving the island.

We will definitely be back on our next trip to Oahu! Thanks to Jorge (@ scab_wizard), Kili & Dane for going above and beyond in making this a wonderful experience.

Awesome tattoo shop . I was a walk in , welcomed . Great staff , my artist was Makua, he is amazing . Mahalo ..

I was walking past the shop almost every day to get to the post office so I went inside to ask about an estimate to get a tattoo done. In the end I made an appointment with Daniel for a tattoo. I got a pumpkin with heart shaped eyes, and a red orange & yellow leaf around it. In the months after my appointment I've had multiple people ask me if it was real or not. In the future I will definitely be returning to the shop if I decide to get more tattoos.

My tattoo experience at Sacred Art Saratoga was amazing, everyone was so nice and welcoming. Daniel worked with me every step of the way and really cared about me and the tattoo, and it shows in the work!!! I would recommend him to any one who would listen. The vibe at the shop was mellow but professional as if the boys opened up a grade A Tattoo shop.

Matt (IG: short_round_towns) did such an amazing job on my tattoo. He was very gentle and kept checking in to make sure I was ok. My tattoo looks very clean and the words are clearly legible. Aka (IG: aka_flocka_flame808) also did a fantastic job on my moms tattoo and even added some extra shading and detail to make it unique. We were walk ins and they took us right away. The shop was very clean and had a fun atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this shop if your in the area near Waikiki beach.

My husband and I impulsively walked into this shop at 9pm and they welcomed us and answered all our questions. We each got our first tattoo that night and they made it a comfortable and easy experience. They quickly sketched our designs and tattooed us side by side. The entire process only took 2 hours and the tattoos came out great! Great artistry by SAS Tattoo and a great memory made from our trip.
