No matter what you are looking for, the guys here will work with you to make sure you get it done. Matt is an amazing artist and takes great pride in his work. Everything you see in the pictures are his work and was hand drawn, no stencils. He stayed super late finishing my piece in one session and I'm very grateful. Highly recommend this shop. It is cash only but there is an ATM a couple doors down.

We came here to get a tattoo towards the end of the Day! We chose 2 poly turtles my GF got hers all done and came out great! My turn up and the power gets shut off in the shop! I'm like man are you serious! Just my luck! Well Brianna was only about 3/4 done with my outline. She tried to do what she could but the city wouldn't budge and turn the power back on (not her fault). So I had to return the next day and have the the owner (Bryce) finish up my tattoo. It put a small wrench in my plans for my last day in Waikiki but after all we are happy with our Poly Turltes ! Thank you Brianna and Thank you Bryce for dealing with my stubbornness and making things right! 🤙🤙

Got started on right away. For my very first tattoo. I couldn't have asked for a better experience

I have been to other parlors who had taken less than five minutes to talk to me and in turn messed up spelling, placement, and even a nose on a portrait. That wasn't the case with south shore ink guys. They took the time to listen to my ideas and incorporated some of their own. I was a little hesitant when they asked me to come back in about three hours. But, I ended up being so glad that I had waited on the artist because I came back to see that she had drawn up a draft that was not only a lot more detailed than what I had imagined but had included an extra element that had exceptionally improved the tattoo. Through the process, she had taken the time to ask me if I wanted to take food breaks, stretching breaks, and she even asked if I wanted additional colors. On several occasions she checked on me if I was in pain which was super dope. The end result was worth it. I understood why she was so meticulous. I couldn't do anything to improve her work. She recommended I come back after it heals to retouch no charge. What?! This girl is a perfectionist! Which is exactly what anyone wants when making a lifelong commitment like a tattoo. I saw gold and she saw silver! Needless to say, I will be back again. 😁😁😁😁

My fiancée and I walked in and visited the shop a few hours after getting engaged to get matching yellowfin tuna tattoos as well as engagement band finger tats yesterday. Matt was absolutely amazing (despite us knowing that everyone hates finger tats). He sketched out a bunch of fish for us while we grabbed a bite to eat. The final results were everything we’d hoped for and more, even with such a simple tattoo. We’re so grateful that Matt helped us commemorate our special day.

Bryce and his employee were ready to close up shop when we dropped by to see if they’d do two walk-ins. Not only did they take, what we thought were going to be tracings and simple lettering, and add amazing artistry, but they stayed far after they’d be closed to work with us. The pieces turned out fantastic! I couldn’t be happier with the services they provided and I was CHEATING ON MY REGULAR ARTIST!!! 😳

Honestly, I have never found a restaurant, hotel, or establishment with so many 5 star reviews with no negative reviews across Yahoo, Yelp, Google, and Facebook. I went and checked this place out on my last day in Waikiki with 4 other of my family members. Bryce was able to fit us all in and even get me in last minute for a solid session that turned out to be such a blessing experience. I don’t feel like I was getting a tattoo, but more on the side of spending time with a close friend. He is very welcoming, kind, and caring. When it comes to tattooing, he has been in the field for 11 or so years. This definitely shows in his art. He is consistent, precise, and accurate. Every little detail was inspected and treated with the upmost care. It’s completely clear to me now why he has all 5 stars. If you have the time while on Oahu, definitely see if he can fit you in.
