"Tattoo reviews here only please. The Collective is a unique enterprise designed to enable people to “check out and chill out”. We have award-winning tattoo artists (Tattoo) @thecollectivekailua. Open 7 days 10:00am - till finish (portfolios linked on our website and instagram). The adjacent Café is transitioning during June 2023 and will soft open July 1st. Tattoo shop phone 808-230-8832. The gallery art is rotated giving artists a modest space to hang their works. We also have live music on Sundays next to our exterior mural. If your looking for a unique place to eat in Kailua this is it. Hard to describe the vibes in here but definitely cool and unique. The food is good as well. They have nights where they have live music and other events.
