"Tattoo reviews here only please. The Collective is a unique enterprise designed to enable people to “check out and chill out”. We have award-winning tattoo artists (Tattoo) @thecollectivekailua. Open 7 days 10:00am - till finish (portfolios linked on our website and instagram). The adjacent Café is transitioning during June 2023 and will soft open July 1st. Tattoo shop phone 808-230-8832. The gallery art is rotated giving artists a modest space to hang their works. We also have live music on Sundays next to our exterior mural.
