Mid-Pacific Tattoo Kihei

I got my tattoo on November 23 and I have been wanting to write this review for a long time because Tommy was amazing, so better late than never. This was my first tattoo, and let me tell you, it was not a small one. There is a beautiful story behind every tattoo and Tommy brought it to life. I came in for a consultation first and then on the day of, we had changes. Tommy was so good at making sure I was happy with the position and the art work he did, he changed it a few times for me and had a few suggestions as well. I had no idea what to expect or how painful this was going to be, but Tommy was amazing to talk to, had great music, and time passed by. 3.5 hrs. later I was soooo happy with my new tattoo. I felt like showing it to the world, but it is also super personal to me. Anyhow, thank you Tommy for giving me something I look at everyday that I truly love and reminds me of my dad, it means a lot to me!

Kaib took great care of both my tattoo and my daughters tattoos today. He is very artistic, gentle, clean and has great bedside manner.

Well it was going on 28 years since my first Tattoo and when our planned activities for the day got canceled by my wife I spontaneously decided to go get a Tattoo today.

I phoned and was told to come on down. I was very happy as it was a bit of a search to find a shop open on a Sunday right before Christmas.

I arrived met with Bryanna and came up with a design and budget, decided on location and then I went for lunch as she got busy on the drawing the sketch that would be used as the stencil for the tattoo.

I got a text less than an hour later that she was ready and I arrived back at the shop shortly thereafter.

She really knocked it out if the ballpark with all the colours and the bloody thing looks so real it's almost 3D.

I can't believe how good it looks considering I show up unannounced wanting a tattoo same day.

Bryanna was the name of my artist, she was absolutely fantastic. Her logo had a grizzly bear and I have included a shot of her logo in the pictures included with this review.
My tattoo was of a green sea turtle.

I highly recommend this place but do caution as to do it right, plan it out. I would recommend 3 visits.
1 to meet with artist and discuss what where and how much on first visit. Provide contact details so they can get ahold of you once they have sketch to get your approval.

2 or 3rd visit or more required for actual work depending on size, location and level of detail.

If your visiting from off island please realize this wipes out any water based activities for the 2 weeks following getting the Tattoo. So plan to get the tattoo at the end of your stay.

Kaib was able to fit me in after my artist cancelled last second. I’ve never been so happy to be cancelled on! The work he did was great and I’m very happy with my new tattoo

Bry was amazing! Very clean shop and great people! Bry took her time and worked with us. She came up with amazing tattoos for my son and myself. We will be back! They will be the only ones to do any work for us.

Didn’t feel welcoming… Made us feel like a burden when asking questions and the prices seemed high even though they wouldn’t accommodate the placing of the tattoos we wanted. 4 of us and would have spent money… unfortunate for them ….

They were awesome! Alex worked on my husband and I. She fit us in on short notice and gave use good quality work for our budget. Very friendly and laid back atmosphere.

I asked our zipline guides where was the best place to get a tattoo. He said Mid-Pacific. I walked in the next day and Jarod did not let me down. They were all very friendly. And I can't say enough about the whole experience. I will forever have permanent souvenir from Hawaii. Thank you Jarod and Mid-Pacific tattoo

Very happy with my tattoo! Forgot to make an appointment and was hopping on a plane the next day, I phoned and got in instantly! Alex was so fun to talk to and did a great job on my tattoo. Will definitely suggest her to others & come back in the future. 😇

While in Rome, do as the Roman's do or when in Hawaii, get a Hawaiian tattoo! Lucky me, I got on Kaib's schedule. Dude whipped up a sweet Hawaiian style turtle for me overnight, altered it some on site before he got to work. Dude's got his artwork hanging everywhere on the shop walls so you can see he's a talented artist, and after he started you could tell he was a talented tattoo dude. Got along great and more importantly he was light as a feather. Great shading and style. Love the new ink!
