I can't say one bad thing about this place. Sara gave my grandson his first tattoo and was very patient with him. We went in with no appointment and she was by herself I also wanted one so she called Bryan and he came in and did mine and even stayed late. They were very professional and clean. We were both so very happy with are tattoos. Thanks again.

Seriously guys if you're looking for a great tattoo on Maui stop looking and go here!!!! Bryan and Jerry gave my wife and I some awesome tattoos at an amazing price. They worked well with my wife who had an idea of her own, and did a custom drawing for my tiki tattoo idea. Honestly couldn't think of one thing they could change to make it any better. I'm not a review writer normally but couldn't let awesome work like this go unnoticed. I will definitely come back for my next piece.

Jerry was awesome and very funny. Very happy with the prices and the service that was provided. We rolled up in there with people wanting tattoos in our party and they were very accommodating to our time table. Defininitely recommend this shop! Make an appointment now because they will be busy when you come. They have many years of experience under their belt and it shows!

Honestly this is the spot in Maui to get a tattoo! I came in & made an appointment & everyone was very nice & welcoming!! Bryan did my tattoo & he is GREAT he has a super light hand & made the experience fun & memorable, not to mention his work is INCREDIBLE! You cannot go wrong here, I definitely recommend it!

Awesome place for piercings. She was awesome and informative. She knew exactly what she was doing. It will now be the only place I'll go for piercings! Haven't gotten a tattoo for there yet so I'm only rating based on my experience. But everyone I have met there has made it such a great environment!!!

Researched tattoo places in Maui and they has the best art. Very accommodating with us being tourists and needing it done in a certian time frame. The artist are amazing. Got mine done by Jerry! He was so awesome, funny, and super easy going! The priceses were on point. The atmosphere and the people there made it. Super nice and very friendly. Made me much more confident in my choice. I didnt feel like I was an inconvenience or in the way whereas some tattoo places you get that vibe. We changed our tattoo at the last minute (which I know as a tattoo artist is annoying) and Jerry was so awesome about it. I will definitely be getting more work done coming back to Maui in the future. Mahalo!

I have a full sleeve and Bryan turned it from a 6 to a 10 out of 10. The hardest thing to do it fill in the blanks or cover up.. Bryan spent the time to work out every angle and perspective the with precision created a work of art. Very very impressed and I encourage everyone interested in new ink (first time or existing) to talk with Bryan before you do go anywhere else in Maui. I’m Canadian and would make the trip back to Maui for more tattoos at Vagabond, plus watch some more sunsets too.

Omg is all I can say!
I randomly wanted a tattoo and Sarah got me in no problem!
Not only did I say a vague idea of what I wanted but she took it and ran with it to make the perfect tattoo!
Her handwork was so perfect with a feather light touch but she was very attentive to my comfort!
That being said her line work was impeccable and shading was quick and painless!
The hourly rate is more than worth the quality!
The interior was modern meets retro in all the right ways and the clocks and artwork were definitely something to stop and admire! Along with that they have a bookshelf doorway that was fricking awesome!
She is such an amazing person and even better tattoo artist! She def doesn’t stop there, she also pierces and is so great about caring for the person she’s working with and is very gentle with her touch.
Both other tattoo artists were awesome at helping make sure the shading and colors were perfect and you can tell they are a very happy and cohesive team. They are in an unlikely location so it’s definitely a great location in Kihei hidden. Quite literally a hidden gem!

I was visiting Maui for a family vacation and decided to get a tattoo at the end of it. I saw Bryan here at Vagabond, and he did such an amazing job I cant even put it into words. It took a little bit of time for me to be able to go and get setup on the table, but it was sincerely worth every moment. People still think my tattoo is a sticker and I couldn't be more proud of that. I will definitely be returning when I find myself in Maui again.
