I got my ears pierced here about a year ago and I was super excited because I had gone to Claire's before and they always messed something up. From the second me (13) and my family walked in the workers were smoking weed which wasn't a great start but we brushed it off. Then the piercing process began and it was fine but a couple of weeks later a bump had appeared on the back of my skin were the piercing was so I cleaned it extra good so it would heal and googled how else to treat it, it didn't get better but I still continued to clean it. Recently I went to a different tattoo shop to get my nose piered and everything went great my mom decided to mention it to the piercer who looked at my ears and let out a gasp then called another lady into the room. They were shocked the backings were butterfly backings and that they hadn't healed after about a year and a half, they immediately changed them to a longer rod because the diamond was sinking into my ear and asked who did it then said they'd heard stories about zen tatto before. The lady was nice but did a bad job.
