Skin Factory Tattoo Maui

Had a great experience at Skin Factory! Stopped by a few weeks ago to talk about a custom tattoo. Really liked the vibe of the shop, and Eddie was responsive about doing the design and getting me in to get it inked. And even though it wasn't my first tattoo, he was good about checking on my comfort and making me feel like more than just a body canvas. :) My tattoo looks really good--each time I look at it I notice new subtle details. I will definitely be recommending the shop to others I know in the market for a tattoo.

Wish I could give a zero star, rude worker who guilt tripped my girlfriend, waste of our time, complained that she was picking too complicated tattoos when it was a simple turtle, says that they were open until 9pm yet they were trying to get us to leave at 7:45pm, claims to welcome walk ins but were impatient with us.
The issue wasn't the way you run your business it is the attitude of your employees and the response to this review goes to show how unpleasant and rude this establishment is.

My husband and I decided to get a "permanent souvenir" on our last day in Maui. Eddie did a fishing hook on my husband's upper arm and Elijah did a small double palm tree on my ankle. They both turned out amazingly, such care taken in the small details! I LOVE the size and placement of my palm trees, Elijah did an amazing job executing my vision. This was both our first tattoo and I'm so happy we decided to get them done at Skin Factory. They were able to accommodate us as walk-ins on our last day, were friendly, and the shop was clean and professional. Thank you so much for our ink, we love them!

While on vacation in Maui our whole family decided to get tattoos. Eddie at Skin Factory was awesome! Highly, highly recommend!! Super friendly, great prices, and did an amazing job on all of our tattoos!!! We LOVE them! If you get the chance, definitely try to get an appointment with him, you will NOT regret it!

Had a great experience in the shop! Gabriel stuck around for me as a walk in, helped with the design and knocked it out! Totally worth it, thank's for the crew helping my wife and putting together hers as well! Mahalo!

Sela was Amazing! Leave with your own piece of Maui art, leave her to fill in all the gaps. She is a true artist! The shop was clean,friendly, like getting a tattoo at home. Highly recommend this shop!

My husband and I always get a tattoo on our trips to Hawaii. Since this was our first trip to Maui, I did my research and chose Skin Factory, so glad I did. We made our appointment about a month in advance with Eddie. If you want Eddie (and you do!! Although I'm sure all the artist are great!), make an appointment, ppl are starting to realize how great he is and he's getting busy. His wife, loved taking to her too, she is so nice, said he was always booked up in Vegas, I can see why. He worked with me, got my design together in a few minutes & knocked it out. He had been texting w my hubby cause his was a little more detailed. Both turned out great, will definitely go back to see Eddie next time we go to Maui.

What a great place to go. Wife and Sister-in-law at the last moment before heading home wanted Tattoo's (1st timers) I called and talked with Eddie and he made time for them. Arrived at 5:45pm and he worked magic and did a great job, they are both very happy. I will be back on next trip to Maui.

My wife recently got a small tattoo done by Eddie and we could not be happier with our experience there. Both of us have several tattoos, this was our first time at this shop. Eddie and his wife were extremely nice, helpful and accommodating. Eddie does excellent work. The shop was clean and inviting. Can't say enough good things about it. Will definitely be back.

Sela was awesome! She's a super dope artist, and she made the experience a lot of fun. I would definitely go back for another tattoo from her!
