I had a great experience at Soular Tattoo! The first thing that struck me was the great aesthetics of the shop, the quality of the products and the sense of cleanliness and intention. This being my first tattoo, Chuck was awesome by being very informative and helping me to feel comfortable and at ease. It was so important to have a great rapport with the artist since the process is a relational and intimate experience. Chuck was very personable and professional at the same time. I am so glad I had such a conscious person that is super conscientious about his craft creating my permanent art. I love my new tattoo and am already planning my next visit with Chuck. I made a solid choice!

Found Soular while searching for artists online and booked an appt with Justin for 2 small tattoos at the end of my vacay last wk. Makenna and Charlize were responsive via email which I appreciated before my trip. Thank you ladies! Waited a bit before my appt but I didn't mind bc they had good music and a/c. Cute clean shop and everyone had their masks on. Justin was great! Two of my gf's weren't able to go through with theirs bc of time restraint and he was completely understanding. He took the time to edit exactly what I wanted before our session. I was very comfortable and he was patient with me when some sweet spots were hit and I had a hard time sitting still. (I'm sure that's one of the worst things for an artist when fine lines are being done). The other artists are also friendly. If you're ever in Maui I highly recommend Soular. I'm picky af and love my new tats~ Thanks so much Justin! (I owe you some dranks..haha)

Went to Maui on a girls trip & got our tattoos here. Very good informative artists. They were very professional & made you feel comfortable. Their shop was very clean & decorative. The most important thing tho is we all loved our tattoos!! I recommend going to them if you want a nice tattoo!! MAHALO to their team!

Very disappointed in my tattoo. Good experience in the shop - clean, nice staff. Pretty overpriced but it’s Maui so it’s expected. My only issue is now with my final tattoo result after healing - it looks horrible. Half of it is so faded if not barely there. One part of the tattoo is super thick, others thin, and some not even visible. This is my fourth finger tattoo, others being 10+ years old and some more recent. I’ve never had a tattoo or specifically finger tattoo come out so poorly. I take extreme care in the healing process which is evident in all of my other tattoos. This was not a user error. I’m extremely disappointed and now will need to pay to fix it. They would not provide money back.

I was visiting Maui for the first time on our anniversary getaway for 10 days. I wanted something that would remind me of my trip and my time on a beautiful island.
Justin was a fantastic artist and it really showed in his work, my turtle with the flower and he put Ohana on the side so beautiful. I would definitely go back and have Justin do another tattoo for sure. Super amazed and love my new tattoo.
