They messed up my tattoo really bad. It looks terrible. I went back in to see about getting it fixed and they wouldn't do anything. It was my sixth piece at this shop and I couldn't believe that they took no accountability. They had a visiting artist so it "wasn't their problem". It's going to cost me hundreds just to try and fix what happened in their shop. I will never go back.

These 1 star reviews are likely the customer's fault. I flew up to have work done by Chad from Phoenix. Black and grey sleeve in 2 days. He is a monster. Will definitely be back.

Worst experience ever. Made two appointments and was canceled on by the artist both times. The first time we showed up and he double booked us. Then we made another appiment for the next day. The artist sent me a text message at 10 on letting me know he's going fishing instead. Stupid and unprofessional.
