I had an amazing experience with Sam, the piercer, and she made my first piercing an incredible experience. She was kind and incredibly communicative in every step she was doing to ensure I felt comfortable and happy throughout the whole process. I’ll definitely be back!

Sam was absolutely amazing. She is very professional and cares about each client. She takes her time and makes sure everything is perfect during the entire experience. If you are looking to get a new piercing She is your girl. She pierced my husband and I just how and where we wanted the new piercings. She offers jewelry upgrades and can order custom pieces if she does not have it for additional fee but totally worth it. She is honest, caring and very clean.

I did a walk-in tattoo with Brian and did an amazing job on my tattoo. He was very nice and made sure to get the tattoo just where I wanted. The environment was very clean and accepting. Definitely going back there to Brian for anymore tattoos!

Was sent here to have some jewelry removed from a bad piercing. Sam was so kind and even hugged me because I was upset about the piercing. I was given helpful instructions for healing and minimizing scarring as well as what to do next. Great place!

Sam was an amazing piercer, she was very thorough and professional with her work and knew what she was doing and talking about, I felt super comfortable getting it done with her to the point where I wasn’t even nervous to get it done anymore, I already have a nose piercing on one nostril and I went in for the other nostril, she did it absolutely perfect, my friend got a piercing done at another shop the other day and that piercer even commented and said how much of a great job my piercer did with aligning mine, it felt really good and I definitely gave this place a shout out and recommended her. Best choice I’ve made 100%.

Amazing! I came in for a piercing appointment to get two lower lip piercings. I had an awesome experience with Sam, she was extremely professional and took her time making sure everything was placed right and done perfectly! I absolutely recommend going to her to get pierced. Everything was super clean and well done. She also took the time to measure everything as well to make sure it was well placed and even! She was very friendly and easy to talk to during the whole process. She can also anodize jewelry, and everything is very good quality. Best piercing experience I've ever had!

No wonder everyone was ranting about Sam! She excells at her job. She explained the whole process to me and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable. She made sure the piercing was in the exact spot I wanted, and checked for blood vessels (which I've never had anyone do before, but is obviously important!) The jewelry is quality so I don't have to worry about my allergies, and she helped me change another piercing that was irritated. I had a piercing like this before and they said I could only have a stud until the swelling went down, but Sam got a bigger hoop and my preferred gauge so I can have it look how I want! It looks even better than I imagined. This whole experience made my day. I'm glad I went to Skin Deceptions and now I won't go anywhere else!

Sam is an amazing human being! after trying to get my second piercing on the other side of my nose at icon and them totally messing it up making it uneven, me and my sister decided to try somewhere else. We came across skin deceptions reviews and they were great but I was still sussed out by my last experience. However, Sam did the complete opposite of my other experience!! My sister got her other side of her nose pierced by her and she took her time and perfectionist skills to make it exactly even and informed us about so many things in the process! It did not feel awkward or weird in there at all. Shes just very real and raw and knows what she’s doing which is why even I gave her a tip even though I hadn’t gotten a service yet but honestly she deserves it. Get your piercings with sam at skin deceptions and give her a fat tip! Can’t wait to get piercings from her myself !

I hadn't had a new piercing for almost 10 years. I went and saw Sam, March 1st to get 2 piercings. She made me feel so comfortable, her place is super clean and she has this abundant radiation of happy. It was hard to even be nervous. One week later my piercings are just perfect. I love how much she put into my piercings making them symmetrical, making sure my jewelry was perfect for me. I'll definitely go back to Sam, even if I have to drive the 400 miles to her shop. Hands down one of the BEST!

When Covid hit this place shut down for a couple weeks. They try to figure out how to best serve the public under the circumstances we all were facing. Their shop is one of the cleanest I have ever been to. Everybody there is always super friendly, and super accommodating. They all have a good knowledge and understanding of any requests that you could possibly make. Every single person there was very friendly, very professional and the prices were great for what you would get. I always saw Jeff, he doesn’t work there anymore, but his prices were definitely very reasonable for what you get. I’d highly recommend ethos place also for piercings. Sam did mine and she was super friendly, informative and when I had questions a few weeks later it was easy to go in and get my nose checked. 10/10 service
