When I went in to talk about what I wanted and make an appointment, Heidi and Dan were the epitome of excellent customer service. Heidi gave me all the piercing info I needed and Dan really listened to my idea and vision for covering a cross on my hand. The day of my appointment was awesome! Dan was super dedicated to a safe and clean environment and was chill and funny as bonuses! My idea changed from our initial appointment and he rolled with it and created a gorgeous tat that I’m absolutely in love with. The rapport between everyone in the shop is so fun and comfortable. The safety level and cleanliness of the shop is impeccable. I got a few piercings after my tat and Heidi heard me mention I tend to swell and she made sure my initial stud had plenty of room in order to heal properly. She was very concerned with my comfort and was professional and safe. I will definitely be making this my home shop and trusting them with my canvas. Thanks so much everyone!!!

I absolutely love everyone at this shop. John did my dad's tattoo and I love that even if I haven't been in a while he still remembers me and always makes u feel like family or friend there.

Love the atmosphere; you walk in and are instantly treated like family. John has done 3 of my tattoos, one of which was a cover up from a different shop, and they are all amazing. I get several compliments on how great the colors turn out. I also had my daith pierced here and continue to have the jewelry changed out by them. Overall they do a fantastic job. I highly recommend.

I have been tattooed here several times and have had the best experience every time, without fail. Each tattoo and piercing I have gotten here have been perfect and very high quality. The environment here is amazing and John and Tiff make you feel extremely comfortable and treat you like family. I have never been welcomed anywhere the way that I have at Talon and it will always be my only place to get tattooed and pierced.

Second time in to see Heidi for piercings. She’s exceptional! The studio is clean and welcoming. Definitely my go-to spot.

I got referred from a few friends to see an artist at Talon Tattoo. I emailed the artist to ask him a few questions about rates, ink used, time, etc. and followed up by calling the shop.
A lady answered the phone, where I asked her if I could speak with the artist or if he would be available at all today to talk to me (given it is a two hour commute). She said he would not be able to talk to me, where upon I told her I emailed him. I asked her to mention the email to him and if he could just call me back to schedule a time to see me. She told me that if I emailed him "then he has your email", and "just come in dude".
If it was that simple and I didn't have to commute from Ontario I would have "just came in dude".
I didn't think it was unreasonable for a tattoo artist to talk for five minutes to a potential client, ESPECIALLY if they are traveling to your shop.
All in all this lady who answered the phone was beyond rude, and ended up hanging up on me when I started asking too many questions.

I would love to get work done by this artist but am now second guessing even giving money to that shop.

John is very good. He did my first tattoo and people works there are amazing. ❤️ going back for more tattoo in the future. 😊

They've been helping us for several months to do a really nice tattoo we haven't actually done the tattoo yet will post pictures of the tattoo when done

Hands down one of the best tattoo shops I've been into. Nice and clean, lots of light, great open space layout and extremely friendly staff. Everyone always has a smile on their face and are amazing when it comes to offering information and speaking with you about tattoos piercings or whatever you need. Everyone that works there is super knowledgeable and is really really willing to work with you. I absolutely love it I've received quite a few tattoos and piercings from this parlor, and I will continue to get plenty more

I had some messed up work that really needed a clean and competent hand to fix and I went in and alyx the apprentice yes you heard that right the apprentice came through big like a clutch player made time for me was completely amazing and made a lifelong customer out of me. The environment was completely relaxed and john and Dan and everyone in the shop made the experience that much better. I would definitely suggest going here to friends and family.
