Amazing - I've never had a better piercing experience! Suzi was incredibly friendly, informative, and a total boss. She knows her stuff!! I went in for a nose piercing and it could not have gone better. Didn't hurt at all, my eyes didn't water, and she was prepared with glucose tablets just in case! The space is clean, she pulled out all fresh and clean material, and changed her gloves when starting a new process.
She also responsed to all my questions through Facebook quickly and thoroughly. When I wasn't sure if I could make it there she took the time to recommend places in my area as well. Truly amazing customer service throughout the whole process. She knows what she's doing, is incredibly passionate, and it shows. Thamk you, Suzi!!
