randa is extremely informative! she will talk you through the entire process in order to make sure you have all your questions answered. she doesn't just get straight to it, she will continuously check in with you to make sure you are having the best experience. I have not yet met anyone like her. she takes pride in what she does. not only does she want YOU to be obsessed with your tattoo, she wants to be obsessed with it as well. nothing makes her happier than a happy/obsessed client! she is the sweetest thing, so caring and lovable. she is so active on her social media which is rare for most artist. honestly, her work screams volumes for itself. I wouldn't recommend anyone the way I recommend her.

randa takes so much pride in the work that she does . she will go completely out of her way to make you comfortable from the moment you walk through the door . even months later , she'll still respond to any questions you have . she doesn't take long at responding for being as busy as she is . i have gotten tattoos from other artist , but she has completely spoiled me . anyone that ever asks me about recommendations for a tattoo artist , i can't stop blabbing about her . she cares so much about you & makes it obvious before , during and after your tattoo . wish i would've met her sooner . the customer service she gives , is RARE . she is beautiful inside and out . i was super insecure about getting my tattoo just because of the area that it is in , but let me tell you .. she made me feel so confident , no judgement or anything . i trust her with my life .

This is the best shop I have been to, for lash extensions and tattoos. The energy here is immaculate and you always feel welcome and supported. Hands down best tattoo shop in Idaho Falls & best fine line tattooer I’ve ever came across. 100/10 would recommend!

Tattoo artists here are very rude, unprofessional, & did terrible work, I had a cover up tattoo appointment and was told they can cover up my small faded tattoo. I can still see the outline of the old tattoo and the shading was horrible. Would not recommend.
