I got my daith pierced on both sides here a couple months back. They did a fine job and they healed well. The staff wasn’t entirely personable and barely talked to me while I was there. The shop is also a little sketchy looking from the outside. Otherwise it seemed fairly clean. It’s a fine place if you’re just looking for something basic and to be in and out quickly.

I went in mid November for a septum piercing. There was A bit of a wait but nothing unreasonable for the amount of customers. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and overall atmosphere. The piercing process was quite pleasant and relatively painless. With all of that being said the reasoning behind my 2 stars was the piercing is way too low. It’s low to the point where I will be needing to get it redone completely. It’s a shame, they did everything right except the placement of the piercing.

I got a second peircing on both my ear lobes here. They we all very professional and efficient. The piercings were quick and didn't hurt. Everything was sanitized. I would trust them to pierce my ears again.

Kyle has done a few of my piercings now and is AMAZING. I have a botched belly button ring (it’s been taken out now) and he gave me tips on how to help it heal and close correctly, and then offered to redo it properly, and with care. My nose piercing is perfectly square on my face, and my nipples are even with each other. He really takes the time to say what he’s doing, and then does a super thorough walk through on cleaning, jewelry changes and after care. This shop itself is very clean, and the ENTIRE staff is kind as always keeping the atmosphere light! The work done here is more than worth the 2 hour drive!

I finally decided to get my first tattoos done. After looking around and doing some research, I decided to go to the Spider's Web and have Charles be my artist. Best decision ever. Charles did an outstanding job and my tattoos turned out better than I hoped. Because it was my first time, I was a little nervous, but he talked to me and my wife the whole time which helped put me at ease. Also, he likes cats, which was cool, because I like cats too. I can't wait to get more work done.
