Rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I would suggest you go to literally any other head shop in town so you can be treated with respect when you have a question about their products. Ive also had a friend who has experienced poor customer service and rude employees there. Respect goes a long ways, I’ll never return to this store again.

Wish they allowed returns on their own employees mistakes.. now I'm out $20 and have a battery to a Vape I dont even have. If anyone needs an AMPking 20700 rechargeable battery I'll give you $15 bucks for it.. when they charge $20..

Customer does not get returns and that is not fair to consumers.
Need better lighting at counter’s to see the glassware for product your about to buy. Otherwise you walk out and you’re burnt when their glassware is cracked with hair line fractures that you can’t see in a dark lit store.
The girls that work there are good in their job. It has nothing to do with them personally. Just the store it self and owners that have a terrible business return policy. And I think that any store you buy from you should be allowed to return items if they are broken buy them or allowed the product to leave store broken knowing it’s cracked but want still sell it knowing no one can come back on you with a NO RETURN POLICY
So, check your glassware close at this store it’s not the first time I have had to deal with this at this store throughout the few years it’s been open.

Sold me a broken faulty seahorse pro when I tried to return it the very next day they freaked out on me for bringing it in the store.. very snobby and rude. Not laid back place to shop.

Love this place they have good quality glass and decent butane at a good price. Tattoo parlor and head shop all in one...genius. The blonde behind the counter is an absolute smoke show and way cool definitely worth stopping in when your in need of a new tobacco accessory.

They have a great selection of pipes and water pipes and they even have e rigs! Every time I go in the service is amazing! They always make sure I'm set before I leave! I even was able to exchange a piece that was cracked, I did go back on the same day though
