Stephanie and Sammy are absolutely amazing employees there at Tsunami. They not only take the time with customers individually and really focus on what that customer needs and wants are but go above and beyond sometimes finding customers products that sometimes they've never knew existed, so they not only help find you exactly what you were looking for but possibly something even better than what you were originally searching for and they find each customer the correct product or products they are in search for. I am also in a wheelchair, I have not had any issues whatsoever getting into the shop or out and moving around in there is comfortable there is MORE THAN PLENTY of space to move your chair around comfortably!! Which is why I will also always be a loyal customer, I had not been to the shop in a while due to medical issues, but it is accessible for wheelchair and if a handicapped person were to come they work as a wonderful team to make sure you and the chair or any disability is safe to make it into the store and back out safely for example holding doors, or even doing a small lift with a wheelchair over a door way per your request, but they always beat you to it by offering before you have the chance to ask😊! Which I think is just so generous and thoughtful.💕 As I am new to being paralyzed so I'm still learning but they were so patient with me on helping my needs. When it comes to the products in store they are very durable and reliable, but the employees are so uplifting, exciting, and more than willing to help find the exact products customer's are looking for. I recently relocated from CA and have been to every smoke shop I was able to find in Idaho Falls area, even Pocatello (until I found another Tsunami in the Pocatello area!!) and these are literally the most interactive, reasonably priced, exciting and willing, and wanting to engage in conversation compared to others storefronts that I have been to where I am greeted with "Hey, let me know if you have any questions" which made me just turn around and leave the shop!!!!! Where as when you come into Tsunami, you're greeted very kindly with a very warm, welcoming "Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening welcome to Tsunami, is there something specific were looking for, if you reply "just looking" they will not hound you like most shops do which can be very rude and annoyin, at Tsunami they respect you and your boundaries and simply say if you want to check anything out, or have any questions or there is anything I can help you find just let me know again; my name is Stephanie; or my name is Sammy I'd love to be at your service" IF THAT ISN'T AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS, and it has become one of the many reasons I have been a loyal customer since moving here November 2015!!! I highly recommend Tsunami for not only shopping but even just a quick stop by to say hello, leave a tip because of hard work! they are great for any type of products, like Grinders, scales, rolling papers, even the plastic cigarette roller for a quick perfect cigarette everytime, tobacco, art! AND IN MY OPINION HANDS DOWN HAVE THE BEST VAPES AROUND! I have bought 4 all of which are from 4 different vap shops but are all broken and not able to exchange for a new one exactly the same but even just to get it fixed is the price of a brand new vape or even more which is 😡 horrible, NOT AT TSUNAMI THOUGH !😻 But the atmosphere in this shop and employees just make you want to be in there and take your time shopping as they make it such an enjoyable experience, it makes you want to come back again and again they will also remember your name most times which I find rare, sometimes even remembering what your last purchase was and can usually call out what you're in there for, and to me that shows a lot of integrity and respect!👦👧 STRONGLY RECOMMEND TSUNAMI FOR YOUR NEEDS !!!🙌✌👍👍💚
