Level Up Tattoos

I booked my appointment. It was scheduled about 4 days after my vacation. When I got service from getting off my cruise ship, I immediately called AND messaged them because through all the craziness of my cruise vacation, I couldn't find my reminder card. Well I called, left voice mails, and text messages. I didn't get a text back till about a half hour before my appointment. They said that they weren't sure how they didn't see all my messages till just then.. And they told me that they were running behind (I was told I would have her time all day, and that wasn't the truth I guess) so to come in later. I am partly to blame for that, but seriously. Anyways I had to reschedule.
They told me I could wait a couple weeks to see if she had a cancellation, and if not they would call me back to reschedule. Or I could book into January. I decided to wait a couple weeks. Well I never got a follow up call, no big deal I'll just try to call them. So after a full week of leaving voicemails and text messages EVERY day. I finally got a text message back saying they couldn't find their phone (Their BUSINESS phone) and that they would be calling shortly to book with me. Well another week went by. And I decided at this point their customer service is horrible. And I do not have the patience for them. Which sucks.. Cause I really would have liked to have gotten some art. But it doesn't seem worth it if they can't even get simple customer service down. I finally had to go to the shop to get anyone's attention. So when I got there I just had them write out a new gift card for someone I'm giving it to.. Now I'm out because of simple customer service courtesy.
If you have patience.. I say go for it. I do not.

The husband of Erykane was very rude to a friend of mine in regards to her tattoo. Long story short she doesn’t have her tattoo and is down $400 that they won’t refund. The attitude of that person is dropping the professionalism of the studio.

I have gone to Erykane for years. Eryka is always sweet and great conversation (even on Friday the 13th events). The shop always mademe feel comfortable and like I was at my best friend's house. Like many artists, Eryka has a style and preference that outshines many in the area. Dane has always been nice to me. I moved to Florida and I can't wait to fly back for my next piece!

I have missed reviews about this place. Went several months ago to talk with them about a tattoo and no one seemed to want to help me. They kept asking if I was sure I even wanted one.
Then I went with a few friends to get some piercings and had a much better experience. I can't speak for their tattoo artists, seeing as I went somewhere else after how I was treated, but the piercer was awesome!

Don't go to this rip off shop. Professional artist keep there word on set price, You let your husband interupt a session and didn't go with agreed price!! There's more than one an awarding winning artist in the boise area beside yourself!

Kept changing price and kept changing when the tattoo was supposed to be done. And just completely ripped us off. Also her husband is pathetic. Never going here or recommending to anyone.

I absolutely love working with Kyle. He is so creative and patient!! I will go to him for all my future tattoos..

The customer service at this shop is TERRIBLE! I would recommend not getting gift certificates for friends or family because although they say they keep record they will not give you the service w out it, even though they were paid and have record of it!
They do not answer their phone and when they do they are very cold and unpleasant.
Im sure the artwork is great, but customer service isnt worth it!

I love this place! Wonderfully talented artists! Passion for what they do♡♡♡ Beautiful artwork and everything you could ask for. ♥

Everyone at Erykane is so nice and the quality of work that comes out of that shop is just amazing! Highly recommend any of the artists there!
