I came to Bitterroot Tattoo with a vague idea of what I wanted. After sharing some references and discussion with Nick, he sat down and in less than 30 minutes had the design down pat. One word of warning, I was undercharged for the work done. I would say tip 20% on work done.
The studio is clean, the people friendly, and work is fantastic. I'll take my next concept to them as well.

I had been crushing on Karla's botanical designs since 2016, but didn't exactly know what I wanted. I took her a rough sketch this August and she made my dreams COME TRUE. The floral shapes in the tattoo are biologically accurate, the lines are clean, and the stippling is flawless. Karla was professional, kind, and tranquil during the whole process. I recommend her to anyone and everyone!

I have gotten two, soon to be three, tattoos done by Jake here. He is absolutely incredible!! I can’t even count the amount of compliments I get on the ones he has done, they are 100% my favorites by far. He is super nice and cares about how his clients are feeling and things like that. Prices are absolutely reasonable and great as well! The studio itself is by far the nicest studio I’ve been in. I love how it has an opposite vibe (in a good way) from a lot of other ones I’ve been to. They smoke in the other ones I’ve been in, have pictures of naked women all over, play extremelyyy loud metal music, etc. Definitely not here!! I will absolutely keep coming here and recommend it to everyone!!

This is my favorite tattoo shop! Karla is absolutely amazing. A few years ago she covered up an old tattoo of mine so perfectly. All healed and you can't tell the old tattoo was ever there. The space is safe and inviting, the people are warm and welcoming. All the artists are so talented.
