I'm changing my review after discovering that my septum was done wrong here.
I had my septum done here around 4 years ago, it hurt more than I thought it would, but I knew nothing about piercings. I went in recently for new piercings, and they informed me that it was done wrong (the septum). I figured I just had a rougher healing time than normal. No, it is pierced WAY too low. Septum rings should be at the tip of the nose. My piercer asked me (someone who was 17 ((correction I was 18 that's my bad)) and literally knew nothing about piercings), "where do you want it?" SO unprofessional. You need to know that, not me. Mine was pierced about halfway down, now I cannot start stacking it. I also recently went in for a jewelry change just because I had a rough time changing my nostril. The first man who helped me couldn't get it through at all, and it was beginning to hurt; the next person to help told me to "take a deep breath," and she SHOVED this piercing through, clearly too rough. My nose was angry for like 3 days after. There's already a hole!! You do not need to do that.
On top of these, they give awful advice. They told me to "move my piercings around" when I got my septum, which you aren't supposed to do. This irritated my incorrect septum so much. They also tell me every single time I come in to use apple cider vinegar on my piercings for irritation bumps. NO!!! that is a huge no-no! Vinegar is an irritant, it does nothing but irritate a literal wound on your face that ALREADY is irritated. I asked other piercers about this and they said that 1) they had never heard of that before and 2) I definitely should not do that.
I ranted, but this place irks me. I won't be coming back. I suggest anyone look into APP piercing studios, not this place.
And in response to their response, I know they like fixing things but it's just the principle. If I were to have it redone I would have to pay for it again and wait for it to heal again. The piercer that told me it was done wrong asked me who did the septum, and she said "oh yeah he was pretty new at that time." OKAY? so they gave me a piercer that was inexperienced with septums with NO supervision. He didn't even ask someone for a second opinion.

I've visited a few different piercing parlors prior to finding this one, and I would say this one gave me the best experience overall. It was super easy to book online, and their pricing was fair and transparently listed on their website.The quality of their jewelry was great and they have a much larger selection than ones I've seen at other shops. They take a lot of care in sanitization, and were extremely thorough in explaining what they were doing as they went through the process of piercing my ears, and the aftercare process. Not only was it a job well done, but the entire staff was warm and welcoming as a cherry on top. I will happily return here for any future piercing needs!

First and foremost, the shop and everyone in it was so kind, professional and made the atmosphere of the room upbeat and happy. Very clean and so many amazing jewelry options. Previous places that I've gone to Didn't even compare to the quality service that was provided at Hippie Hoops and Holes. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, quality, and amazing looking piercing. It was worth very dime I spent!
