My first experience with Hippie Hoops & Holes was amazing! I was really nervous about getting my piercing but the staff made me feel so comfortable and at ease! Love that they offered a tandem option for my piercing. The whole experience was easy and practically painless. The all around vibe was inviting and comfortable! Definitely will get my future piercings here!

My 7yo had her ears pierced, today, and I’m so happy we went with HH&H in Nampa. Collin & Tyler were knowledgeable, kind, and considerate of my daughter. They explained everything really well and were overall superbly professional. The parlor was clean and the rest of the staff attentive and helpful.
I will recommend them to everyone I know who is interested in piercing.

I just want to say how amazing all the individuals that work here are. I went to the Boise location about a month ago to get assistance placing a ball end on my piercing and they were so helpful and kind. Tonight I got a second nostril piercing at the nampa location. I didn’t book an appointment in advance and when I got there, it was really busy. I was greeted warmly. And the lovely desk ladies asked me what I was there to have done. I said I was a walk-in and assumed they would turn me away. They weren’t annoyed or bothered at all, and told me to have a seat and they’d take care of me once their scheduled appointments were taken care of. I got in within 30 minutes or so. Lots of helping hands which is amazing. And my piercing artist was “Mae”. She was super friendly and very kind. The whole process was amazing. I had piercings done elsewhere and they are nowhere near as kind or professional. I’m very pleased and highly recommend this shop.

Chris did my ear piercings and he was wonderful. He was very nice and explained the process as he was doing it. I felt very comfortable. However, when I first got there a young girl was going to do my ear piercing but she was complaining right in front of me about not getting her break yet. She seemed very annoyed, but I had made an appointment so I don’t know why she was complaining. I thought that was pretty unprofessional. She should have done her break either before or after my appointment because the piercings only took ten minutes anyway. She went on her break and I had to wait about 40 minutes while the other workers did walk-ins. It worked out fine for me honestly I’m glad I got Chris to do mine because he was very professional. I did notice the appointment after me had to wait while the other workers were doing walk-in appointments as well. So overall I had a good experience, I would just say to prioritize the scheduled appointments first and then the walk-ins after.
