such an amazing experience! i got my nose pierced and i hate needles, i was extremely nervous, but they were incredible and it didn’t hurt at all! very sterile and professional! 10/10 recommend :)

I first went in on May 9th just to get a price quote. I spoke with Les and he gave me an estimate of $350. He was really friendly and seemed very professional. He gave me a card and said I could message him on the shop's Facebook page. I messaged him later that day, he responded very quickly. We set up an appointment for that following Saturday for a consult. However, when I went to the shop at our scheduled appointment, Les was not there. One of the ladies working the front desk called him to let him know I was there and told me he was on his way back. I waited 15 minutes then left. Later that day, Les messaged me apologizing and offered to forgo the $50 drawing deposit as compensation. We rescheduled for that Monday, May 15th. I met with him that day as scheduled and gave him my rough sketch to work off of and he gave me a new estimate of $250. He told me he would have my design the next week. I waited until Saturday the 27th then I messaged him asking if he had my design done. He messaged me saying he would have it that night or the next day and if we could plan on that Wednesday to ink. I messaged him back that same day asking what time. I didn't hear from him until Tuesday and the time conflicted with my work schedule, which I let him know that same day. He messaged me the next day asking what days worked for me. I messaged him the next day, Thursday June 1st, at about 4:30 am saying that the next Saturday or Tuesday would work. At some point, it said the message had been read, but no one replied. I waited until about 10:30 that night and sent another message. The next day someone messaged me saying that Les was out on medical leave and they would have him get back to me. The next day, Saturday June 3rd, Les messaged me saying that next Tuesday would work and asked what time. I messaged him back that same day saying what time, which he read at some point but did not reply. I waited till Monday June 5th at 7:30 pm and message him again asking him about the next day, which read and again didn't reply. Two hours later I messaged him a third time saying I was going to go with someone else and I needed my sketch back. He immediately responded saying he had been out with a toothache and still wanted to do my tattoo and the next day would work at a time a little later than the one I had specified. I responded asking why it took saying I wanted to go with someone else to get him him to respond, said I wasn't impressed with his professionalism, and said I would pick up my sketch the next day, which he read and didn't reply. I picked up my sketch from the lady at thr frony desk the next day. I went to another tattoo shop that day and the artist there said that the estimate Les gave me was high and because of the simplicity of my design she quoted me around $200 or possibly less.
