Was originally supposed to get my tattoo done at another place, but they called the day of the appointment and canceled. Took the art that the other artist had made (that I was Luke warm about) to Integrity, and was told it wouldn't work the way I wanted because of the size and location. In less than 24 hours Benjamin Bowlin created a new design that i love and was able to do that tattoo. The shop is clean and everyone is really friendly! I'm so thankful the other place canceled the appointment!

Kolby Cain did both my daith piercings today!! AMAZING!! Would absolutely suggest him to anyone looking to get a piercing. Super knowledgeable and educated on what he was doing as well as what my options were. He went over the aftercare very thoroughly and answered every question. He was also super good about talking down my nerves and getting me to a point where I was relaxed. Would absolutely recommend with a 10000000/10!!!

He also goes above and beyond with his customer service skills, making sure that I fully understood what he was doing every step of the process.
