Had an appointment to get a piercing, the guy never showed up. Owner left as soon as we got there because “he didn’t want to be there when he (the piercer) was there.” When we asked for help in trying to get ahold of the piercer, the other staff went outside for a smoke break- leaving us standing in an empty building. Absolutely terrible experience.

Regardless of the relationship between the owner and piercer, the reaction was completely unprofessional. The owner not wanting to “deal with” the former employee shows complete immaturity. Despite the piercers failure to show, the owners response to the situation reflects poorly on the shop as a whole. How can costumers trust the shop when the owner is acting like a child? I am not trying to “bash” the business, as I 150% support local businesses, I’m trying to warn others of the unprofessionalism that was encountered. My aim is not to make your employees “look bad” or “not be able to feed their families,” if their actions and responses reflect poorly on them, so be it. The owner’s “day off” should not affect the way he treats people coming in or out of his shop. He is the owner, he continually represents his business. I’m not sure how I, as the customer, is at fault for posting an honest review or how things could have been dealt with differently on my end. Especially being as we were left in the building alone, waiting for help that never came.

Clean shop with amazing artists. They post new pictures/art work regularly on Facebook and It's nice to see what the artists can do. The artists and owner love what they do and it really shows. If you need a tattoo or piercing, this is the place to go!

Cleanest shop I have seen in a long time! Best piercer and selection of jewelry I have seen in a tattoo shop and I have been all over the country! Artists are talented and did I say CLEAN! Not a dirty street corner shop at all! I recommend you see for yourself!
