I’m absolutely speechless...went here for my first tattoo and this will be the ONLY place I come to for the rest!! Julio did an exceptional job. Everyone is super nice and upbeat. I can’t believe how clean the place was as well. Julio is very skilled and took his time, he was very professional and caring. Can’t wait to come back again!

John is awesome. Super friendly and charismatic. I got my nose piercing here and was worried because I was coming in an hour before closing. He was very chill and didn’t rush me at all. Over all the place was super clean and the whole process was fast and easy. If you’re thinking about coming here stop thinking about it and just do it. You won’t regret it.

My mom, sister & I had been talking about getting tattoos for awhile. My sister had just moved to Elgin & we were looking for places out by her to get them done at. We honestly found Vanity Tattoo on Google Maps & read the reviews. We were nervous at first, but as soon as we pulled into the parking lot the owner helped us park (the lot was FULL) & allowed us to use a side door so we didn’t have to walk through the snow & get all wet. As soon as we walked into the doors we were greeted by EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON! The artists there are beyond amazing, talented & nice! We had Julio & he was very honest about placement, the drawings, etc. he was absolutely amazing & talented; we couldn’t have been more grateful to have had someone who tattooed us. This place is beyond wonderful and BEYOND CLEAN!!! This is definitely are new spot for tattoo’s & we LOVE it! Thank you guys so much!!

I did ear piercing to my daughter that is almost 6y. The owner did the job. He is knowledgeable, friendly and likes to educate his customers. After few weeks my daughter lost one of her earrings and her piercing almost closed on one of her ears. The owner got us in free of charge. I think this tells a lot about a person. I highly recommend this place.

My name is Susan, I am absolutely satisfied with my experience at vanity tattoo. After researching different tattoo shops and actually meeting one artist from a different shop who just emailed me some photo shopped garbage off Google images. My fiance told me about Rod Pronos at Vanity. We went in there straight away and I told him what I wanted and where I wanted it. He was booked solid for 2 months which is a good sign. Finally had my appointment and it was easy, walked in he lined the beautiful drawing on me right away and not more than five minutes later I was in the chair. Rod you rock your artwork is beautifully amazing, and you are hilarious. What a guy! I can't wait to finish in a month or so. everyone at Vanity is very friendly also. Great atmosphere, very clean, and good music playing too. Thanks Vanity see you soon and from now on.

Let me start off by saying how much I appreciate the owners, John and April! Their warmth and kindness resonates throughout Vanity Tattoo. Every interaction my daughter and I had with them this evening starting with our phone conservation was handled in such a positive and genuine manner that we felt like family. Both John and April went above and beyond to understand my daughter's piercing needs and make her feel comfortable. They asked her about look and placement, made sure the hoops were the right size for her face and fitted her with the highest grade jewelry available. I stood there fully aware she was in good hands - that they truly had her best interest at heart.

Great Work!!!!! Great pricing!!!! Every one there are great people, John(owner does great work along with his team. The facility is very clean. I would recommend everyone to check it out.

My friends and I came in for some piercings and they took us in right away. John the owner did all of our piercings and it was very clean, and you can tell he genuinely loves his job!
