Eddie is an AMAZING piercer and person....the customer reviewing under “Erica” about how Eddie had poor customer service broke a window because she was drunk and Eddie refused to pierce her. Definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for clean quality service.

Absolutely love this place!!! I came here to pierce my ears, sounds basic but I have gauges and it was difficult for me to find a location that can handle the task. When I had my consultation they gave me great advice and did the job perfect!! Loved everything about this place including the music!

Great place! Staff was inviting and friendly perfect atmosphere for your first time. Six of us all got the same tattoo and they were very patient with our group. 10/10 would go back :)

I got a bridge and two eyebrow piercings by Eddie, he's great! I definitely recommend going to him because he has a very calming and chill vibe :)

Went in to get my rook repierced. Charly was so kind and helpful, and the shop is super clean. He showed me the sterilization process and wore a mask/gloves. I will definitely be back and have already recommended to friends. Thanks, Charly!

First off let me say I went here because of all the great reviews that I saw. I went to a previous shop to have a tattoo done on my wrist and it cost me $45 and still looks amazing. Went here with my best friend to get one word (believe) on my middle finger. He said normally it would be $65 but he charged me $55. Outrageous for the simple word I got but I went ahead on because I didn't have anywhere else to get to. He gave great service and it was over fast. Too fast if you ask me. When it started to heal parts of the word disappeared. I no longer have the last two letters of the word and the b is missing the bottom. Also there is no dot above the I. It looks like I have the word Belle. When I called he said he would charge me $10 to fix it. Normally I would say fine but no not after I have paid $55 and I should have only had to come once. That is outrageous to me. Although he did warn me that finger tattoo's fade it should not have faded in two weeks. It just wasn't done properly. Needless to say I will not be returning to get it fixed or any future services. I will just head to someone else. Your experience may be better than mine but for the money that I spent I didn't receive satisfaction.

Came in a few nights ago to get my snake bites done. 4/5/18 to be exact and had the pleasure of meeting Eddie and having my work done by him. Very professional and knowledgeable as far as addressing my questions and concerns. It's now day 2 and the swelling in my lip has tripled in size. I have been cleaning and rinsing as instructed. Will adjust review after i see him and get his opinion.

Great clean tattoo shop. Atmosphere very welcoming and friendly. Mario helps you stay calm and comfortable. Everyone thats at the shop treats you like they've known you for a while. Definitely recommend this place i go to the one on 24th & Kedzie

I've gotten three tattoos done by Orlando and every one has been just as good if not better than the last. The shop is clean and friendly; I've never felt even remotely uncomfortable while I'm here.
