I cannot say enough good thingsβ¦
I went in to get an tattoo from Keigan Ray & he ended up tattooing myself and my fiancΓ©.
He sat with me for over an hour trying to figure out what I wanted and where it would look good for meβ¦. He was so patient and loved every second of his jobβ¦.
I loved his vibe so much that I ended up having my daughter come in and get work done the same dayβ¦..
John Ray made my dream come true and I finally got a finger tattoo. He didnβt hesitate to do it for me he hand drew it on and I just trusted him. They are all such a chill vibe and I canβt wait to get more work done from them!!

John was great to work with. He got me in the day after a reschedule and it went very smooth. Everyone in the shop was very nice, polite, and easy to get along with if you're not a jerk. The shop is also very clean and spacious. John's work speaks for itself. I got a custom half sleeve and I absolutely love it. I will be going to him for the rest of my work. Good tattoo work is expensive and you get what you pay for but his work is worth every penny!

Got me in promptly and did good work on the tattoo but way overcharged me. Told me $200 to $300 for the tattoo so I put $100 deposit down. After an hour and 15 minutes worth of work wanted $300 on top of my hundred dollar deposit. Good artist but I will not go to again.

I was really looking forward to getting my tattoo at this company, but unfortunately my appointment was cancelled on the same day it was scheduled. I was told that my deposit would be refunded, but after several months of waiting and multiple follow-ups, I was informed that the deposit would not be returned. While I understand that things happen, I am disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through on the refund. The deposit is a significant amount of money, and I would have appreciated clearer communication and a timely refund. Overall, I would give this company a 1-star rating for their handling of the deposit refund. If things change, I'll update this.

Went in for a cover up tattoo. John didn't even know what I wanted or who I was even after we had talked about it multiple times. Drew up a design at the visit, which okay whatever I guess. Didn't tell me it wouldn't really work to cover up what I already had. Painful tattoo. Dug deep and wiped it roughly. I've had many tattoos and never felt that before. Didn't cover up the tattoo. Still shows clear as day.
Overcharged me. Tattoo faded quite a bit right after healing. Couldn't get ahold of him to come back in. Now I have a bigger tattoo that "covered" the smaller tattoo that needs fixed (if it even can at this point.) Highly disappointed. Glad my favorite artist from there left so that I can support them and not John's shop. Don't recommend.

Reno and the guys knocked it out of the park. Went above and beyond my expectations.

Dude is unprofessional, lazy, and overall a poor artist. John Ray is by far the biggest con artist and will easily take advantage of people.
You will often find him canceling appointments minutes before and getting high on breaks in-between ten minutes worth of ink applications.
If I could negatively rate someone based on attitude and professionalism alone..... this would be the only one in history. I hope you find a new shop in the garage where your work looks to be done in.

Drove 45 minutes to wait 45 minutes no one spoke to us when we walked in the door, we finally said something after 30 minutes of waiting and the guy who was supposed to do it wasnβt even there. Told us to come back tomorrow. Horrible service. Never recommend .

John Ray did a cover up for me. Turned out perfect. Very pleased. Alot of good comments about the fine details of the tat. Everyone likes it. Maybe another one in the future. Highly recommend Insane Inks.
