I had a little dog little Yorkie he died in 11,21,20 couple months or so a nofter that I went to Odell's and Brandon ended up being the artist that did my ink work needless to say I can't put the photos on here to show everybody what it looks like but he did a heck of a good job I do plan on going back for more work again thanks Brandon

Really disappointed with this place. Not a clean establishment. Staff acts as though you're an inconvenience if you have questions. Management is rude and will snap at you. No parking. Would recommend literally anywhere else where they'll treat you better. Never trust a place that's so blatantly rude. I rather appreciate how when you call them on their BS they claim you're not a customer. So very petty. Get some anger management courses and focus on running a better business.

I took my daughter there to get her ears pierced. The staff was so friendly! Our piercer was great. Explained everything to my daughter and when piercing her ears was quick. Excellent job!

A friend of mine got a cover up done and a new tattoo on his forearm it looks horrible the line work is disgusting I would recommend anywhere other than O'tools

Went to the rock island location this time and just like Davenport, the service and talent of the artists was amazing . Worked more in my sleeve with Ron. I can't think of anywhere else I would want to get a tattoo.

I wanted a small tattoo and they were able to fit me in after they had a cancellation very quickly. They were quick and efficient with the check in and my tattoo was started right on time. Wind was great. I will likely be a repeat customer.

I went in for a piercing and the girl at the from desk was literally the coolest and made me feel less nervous. Nick was super professional and explained everything he was doing as he went and overall the experience was seamless. I've been to a few tattoo and piercing places and this one is by far the best I've been to. 10/10 rad place and people

This is the shop to go to if you want an amazing tattoo I got my first one done here and the artist Stephen did an amazing job and he was very friendly and patient, I cannot thank him enough and the rest of the staff there for making my first experience getting a tattoo so easy I will definitely be coming here for my next one. 👌👍
