Very rude and unprofessional. Do not take customers in order just pick their favorites. I had to redo piercings done there but thought they could handle a simple lip ring - WRONG. I couldn't look at jewelry while I waited (10 minutes was 1 hour 20 minutes) for them to not have anything I wanted and I had to leave empty handed. I will never return for ANYTHING how they treat people and run their business is pathetic!!!
Edit: What a pathetic response from the owner and all they've done is prove me right. I have been pierced by them and have had to have their work redone. Also without any kind of profile photo how would you know if you've pierced me or not? LIAR and such a trashy shop. Don't go there.

I really like their work all the artists are very friendly the staff is very helpful and fun great atmosphere in the shop 10/10 recommend them for tats and piercings they do those as well. Just wouldnt recomend Ron o'toole hes not the best just from what I've seen and heard.

Highly recommend! I had Charlie and he was very pleasant and very helpful. This was my first tattoo and I was pretty nervous but he helped me feel very at ease. The place was very clean and had a very chill atmosphere. Definitely going here if I end up getting another tattoo!
